28:03!!! NEW 5K PR!!! 🥹🏃🏾‍♀️🍉

Okayyyy girlie pop, I see you! 😂 I’ve been getting back into running this summer & I’m so proud of the progress I’m already seeing. I love what consistency is doing for me. 💗

27, I’m coming for you. 😅 Me vs. ME! 🏃🏾‍♀️

Even though the first date didn’t work out, I’m grateful I still said yes.

If I hadn’t, I probably never would’ve picked up a tennis racket.

We often think that something was a waste of time because it didn’t end the way we planned…

BUT…. maybe it still gave us exactly what we needed.

So I’m here to tell you, stop overthinking & just…

✨Go on that date.
✨Try the class.
✨Say yes to something new.

You never know what part of yourself is waiting to be discovered. I’m so excited for you. 🤍

Running has always been a part of me. Life got busy, but it feels so good to be back. 💪🏼

First 5K back: sub-30 minutes. 🥹

Here’s to more races, more early mornings, & creating a life I genuinely enjoy. 😉
