This birthday hits a little different because this month also marks 25 YEARS of friendship. 🥹❤️

25 years is actually INSANE when I really sit and think about it. We have literally watched each other grow through so many different versions of ourselves. From little girls who had no idea what life was about to bring us, to grown women who have lived, learned, loved, lost, healed, changed and somehow still found our way right back beside each other.

We have laughed until we couldn’t breathe, cried, argued, gotten on each other’s damn nerves 😂, celebrated each other’s wins, held each other down through losses, and collected enough stories over these 25 years that we could NEVER tell the public everything. 😭😂

And that’s what makes this friendship so special to me. It isn’t perfect. It’s real. We’ve grown individually without outgrowing each other.

There aren’t many people in this world who can say someone has known them for 25 years — before the careers, relationships, children, responsibilities, heartbreaks, healing and all the different versions of the women we’ve become — and still genuinely love the person standing in front of them today.

But I can. ❤️

Happy Birthday to my best friend, my sister, and one of the longest-standing constants in my life. I’m so proud of the woman you are, and I’m grateful that somehow two little girls found each other all those years ago and decided, “Yeah… you’re stuck with me.” 😂

25 years down and a lifetime to go.

Today starts a new chapter. I officially begin my journey as a Corporate Inventory Control Specialist (Scheduler). This isn’t my destination, it’s my foundation. I’m embracing every lesson, every challenge, and every opportunity because I know this is just the first step toward something even greater. by @becomingbaylen

Want a flat tummy for the summer? 🗣️ GET IN THE GYM! Idc how many surgeries you have, nothing beats changing your eating habits and exercising. I’m 5 weeks in and baby my stomach is flatter than flat. I wish I would’ve joined sooner. I personally decided to invest in a trainer first before I went and dropped $10k on a TT. 💪🏽 by @becomingbaylen

I feel impelled to share this testimony w you guys today. I feel there are some ppl who need to hear this. Fear is not of the Lord! If you’re living your life in “fear of failure” STOP. You’re holding yourself back more than you know. Forever grateful of the ability to just “do”. I pray you guys have an amazing Sunday.
