It’s ICONIC. 07.20 Premiering in House of Her and to media 07.19 Tune in! by @becomingiconic
$100 million dollars in client sales. Thousands of personal brands built. Two decades of execution. This is not a website. It is a brand world. Mentorship. Creative. Media. Not separated. Built together. The only full-service ecosystem for founders ready to create and scale personal brands that last. Led by a best-in-class team. Sought after by founders and brands operating at the highest level. This is where you stop piecing it together and start building something undeniable. You do not scroll it. You step into it. This is where you take your seat at the table. Or build your own. This is ICONIC. → Enter the world at www.becomingiconic.co by @becomingiconic
If we wait for confirmation and validation of who we are and what we are doing, that is a sure way to lose. Some will support you. Some will buy from you. Some will applaud you. And... Some won’t like you just because. Some won’t like your prices. Some won’t like to see you winning. Next! Jen, Founder of Becoming Iconic® by @becomingiconic
There are seasons when your personal life is all consuming. A loss. A diagnosis. A relationship unraveling. A child needing more of you. A quiet storm you did not see coming. What most founders do in those seasons is retreat. They pull back from the business.  They tell themselves it is the right thing to do.  They tell themselves they are being present.  They tell themselves they only have so much capacity.  They build the case for the business as an interruption.  What I have learned over twenty years is the opposite. The business is a healthy distraction. Not avoidance. Not denial. Not pretending. A healthy distraction is a place to put your mind, your hands, your focus when the rest of your life has become something you cannot control. The business is one of the few places left where you can. You can set the standard.  You can finish the launch.  You can meet with your team.  You can continue to meet yourself and grow, regardless of what else was happening in the house. That is not escape. That is agency. The future you are building inside your business is the future you are guaranteeing yourself. Every email answered. Every decision made. Every time you continue to show up. All of it is the woman you are becoming staking a claim to tomorrow while today is still asking everything of her. Your personal life will heal. Your business will remember who you were during the healing. The founders I have watched walk through the hardest seasons intact are not the ones who paused the business. They are the ones who kept building while they grieved. Kept creating while they healed. Kept leading while the world around them shifted. Not from denial. From sovereignty and vision. If your life is consuming you right now, go to your desk. Not to run from life. To build the future that is still yours to shape. Jen, Founder of Becoming Iconic® by @becomingiconic

What’s up with all the shame or shaming around pay-to-play?! Those who get it, get it. I explain it ALL and shed perspective in this week’s solo episode inside House of Her (a membership for the woman behind the brand). It’s linked for you in the bio. It’s worth your time, energy and money to be in this room. It’s where the REAL conversations live. by @becomingiconic
Pay-to-play is a fast pass. A way to generate visibility without the waiting. Declaring your worth, your story, your mission. It’s taking up space because you understand the value for you and your brand. I break down pay-to-play this week inside House of Her. It’s a whole sermon on how it’s a CEO move when done correctly in 2026 and beyond. Linked in the bio. Photography by @crismottaphotos by @becomingiconic
Not all visibility is created equal. Being on a podcast won’t change your life. Being featured in a magazine won’t change your life. What changes your life is being prepared for the visibility, and knowing how to leverage it once you have it. Visibility is not a moment. It’s a strategy. Tomorrow, I’m hosting a complimentary online event where I’ll teach you how to build yourself for great visibility and how to squeeze every last drop out of the opportunity, so it converts into clients, credibility, and real momentum. You even thinking about stepping into the spotlight is something to celebrate. There was a time we didn’t seek it out at all. Now it’s time to pick up the mic. Comment VISIBILITY and I’ll send your complimentary spot straight to your DMs. by @becomingiconic
Eight hours in New York. Home in time for the kids. That is a founder’s day. The podcast interview recorded at five in the morning for a Dubai time zone. The quick dinner between the meeting and the practice drop off. The Saturday mornings in the office. The Sunday mornings writing content. The Mondays of countless hours building something no one has seen yet. This is not the version of the life you see on the reels. Or maybe it is. The gorgeous lifestyle is not the opposite of the grit. It is built by it. Every moment of beauty I live inside of was paid for by hours most people will never see. The quiet mornings before the house wakes. The long drives between the meeting and the pickup line. The flight I almost missed. The emails answered from a hotel lobby. I would not trade any of it. The grit is not sacrifice. The grit is the vehicle. Every long day. Every early call. Every late night at the desk. Every weekend in the office. Every content block written when the rest of the world was resting. They are all a part of building the beauty. The founder who thinks she has to choose between a beautiful life and the hard work is still being sold the version of entrepreneurship that was never the real one. You do not sacrifice to build a life. You build a life worth making exchanges for. It is not a sacrifice. You are exchanging and deciding.  Which part of your building are you being asked to honor today? Jen, Founder of Becoming Iconic® by @becomingiconic
Everyone wants to grow a brand and almost no one is willing to do what it actually takes. I have watched this for twenty years. The founders who disappeared. The founders who stayed. The ones who tried, retreated, tried again. The ones who quietly stopped. The ones who loudly burned it down.  Growing a brand is not what you have been told. It is not an email strategy. It is not a content calendar. It is not posting consistently for ninety days. Growing a brand is what happens when a woman becomes the version of herself the brand is asking her to be. That is the whole thing. The brand is further ahead than you because it is a vision and calling. The question is whether you are willing to catch up to her and become who you are required to be.  Catching up is not easy. It requires you to raise your standards. Change your rooms. Release the relationships that no longer match. Invest before you feel ready. Charge what the work is worth. Keep going on the days every pore of your body wants to quit. The brand is not grown through strategy. The brand is grown through the woman behind it. Iconic Magazine was a nonprofit for years. It bled money. It bled time. I never wavered. I built it brick by brick, through seasons no one would ever see or most would never endure. That is what it actually takes. Not the launch. The chiseling. You cannot shortcut yourself. You can shortcut the funnel. You can shortcut the content. You can shortcut the launch. None of it builds anything that lasts unless the woman is building alongside it. The founders I have watched build brands that hold are not the ones with the best offers. They are the ones with the deepest commitment to becoming the woman who could hold the brand before the brand ever arrived. They did not wait for the recognition before they held themselves to the standard. They did not wait for the revenue before they walked like the CEO. They did not wait for the room to be ready before they led it. They became her first. The brand followed. If your brand is not growing the way you want it to, do not look at the strategy. Look at the woman behind it. She is the one being asked to grow. Jen, Founder of Becoming Iconic® by @becomingiconic
A retreat, the first of its kind. Divine Wealth and a book launch in one.     I worked alongside Francesca to create the strategy for her incredible retreat she was hosting. We built out the experience and how to market it so that it called in women who were ready to expand their relationship with money.    The @becomingiconicagency then took over the creative launch build, the customer experience and the automations to ensure that expansion and wealth was felt from every angle of the offer.    Congratulations Francesca on a sold out retreat and the abundance you poured into every woman there.  Follow Francesca for future retreats and wealth expansion.    Style the business. Style the woman. Style the brand. by @becomingiconic
I have sat in every seat a visibility moment touches. I have mentored the woman.  I have built the campaign.  I have published the feature. From that view, I have watched a few women seize the moment beautifully and far more let it slip away. The difference was never talent or success. It was knowing how. The moment is coming. Be the woman who is ready for it. Visibility That Converts. A live online event. Wednesday, October 28. Comment VISIBILITY for your seat.
