Welcome 🌿 Social Work frontline, discovering macro social work For years, my heart and my daily professional path have been right at the frontline of human services. Working as a case manager has grounded my perspective in the real, daily realities of direct service work. With my BSW and MSW completed, my professional focus is shifting. I’m stepping fully into the world of macro social work shifting my gaze toward the larger systems, the policies, the structures, and the deeper philosophies that shape how we give back and care for our communities. Philosophy is beautiful to me. It asks the deep questions about why we are here and how we should treat one another. Philanthropy is how we put those answers into motion. This page is a living, breathing notebook of a career transition, a professional evolution, and a passion for structural change.
