@becomingunique_experience is a boutique and wellness café where you can enjoy afternoon tea 🫖 I recently experienced afternoon tea there with my friend @thebrookej. I especially love that it’s a female-owned small business.

What we ordered:
3 tier tray
Bon Bons
“I am Love” tea
“I am Calming” tea

💜 Self Care 💜
(save + share)

As the season begins to change, I know that my moods will be heavily impacted by the sun setting early and the weather getting cooler. Touching grass and having the sun hit my face while walking is things that I do for self care.

However, I think I may have found a practice that will help me knock some seasonal blues away. Becoming Unique offers 5 different self care experiences that allows you tap into your inner self. I had the pleasure of doing the I am Love experience. With the experience, I got 45 mins to sip on some lovely tea, munch of some pastries, look at my reflection in a mirror and journal my thoughts. The meditation music provided allowed me to fully tune into the moment.

I walked away feeling loved and appreciated with my beautiful flowers, journal and hand held mirror.

Have you practiced some self care? If not, would you book an experience to do so?

@becomingunique_experience is located at 322 East 117th Street in New York, is more than just a place to enjoy tea. It’s a welcoming space that promotes positive energy, affirmations, self love, and a healthy mindset.

During my visit, I experienced an uplifting atmosphere centered on good vibes, personal growth, and positivity. The shop stands out for its focus on affirmations and the power of positive thinking, encouraging people to speak life into themselves and embrace a better outlook on life.

What makes Unique Tea Shop special is its reminder that wellness is not just about what we put into our bodies, but also about the energy we surround ourselves with, the words we speak, and the mindset we carry every day.
