I’m not finished yet, but I figured if I don’t start, I’ll never be🤭

First things first,
EVERY house cat needs deworming and antiparasitic treatments.

If a cat has fleas, he also needs to be dewormed for tapeworms (in the slides you can see what’s effective).

A combination treatment like Bravecto works for treatment, BUT not prevention of fleas. It only kills the fleas who ingest the blood.

Depending on a risk, treatments must be used from monthly to once in 3-6 months.

Cats with lower immunity, kittens and seniors must be treated because parasites do the most damage in weak animals.

If your cat has dermal problems, start with flea treatment, mites can also cause skin problems. by @bedforpetprague

Adopt the babies🥹 by @bedforpetprague

For now they’re outside. We provided the warm houses, they’re fed by a volunteer. They are looking for a warm and loving person who will patiently socialise them. by @bedforpetprague

Miki is so silly and the cutest. Mira is very smart:) by @bedforpetprague

Adopt me, I’m so cuuuute by @bedforpetprague

Mira is being socialised and she doesn’t like some parts of being a house cat.
BTW, trimming mail is not a must. In her case the claws are very damaging to the foster, so it had to be done. But most often than not, we don’t do it. It’s not bad or anything, just not really@necessary unless a kitty is old/sick and there’s overgrowth.

Mira will be available for adoption soon by @bedforpetprague

Become a part of our community by supporting our events. Donations of clothing or homemade products to the market are welcome and mean a lot :). by @bedforpetprague

One way to support local rescues?
Participate in their pub quiz and paint the prices! ✨

Not only did the event by @artemis_catsandthreads and @bedforpetprague cover some vet bills but it was also education in cat welfare. And a lot of fun!! 😍
The winners received a Gouache painting + the story of 5 cats that found their forever homes and never have to experience life on the streets again!

But painting is only one way to help, my way. There are more ways to support your local rescues of course. You can share their stories on social media, donate (money, food, etc.), foster, educate,... There is a way for everyone! 😊
For the cats, always ❤️

The perfect girl is ready to be adopted😍

Families with a cat preferred. by @bedforpetprague

I’m 2 months old, an orphan rescued by BFP parents (of our beautiful boy Palushek).

I’ve been rescued by them and they love me so much. They are looking for the family for me. One who understands what a precious little girl I am🩷

Meeting is possible! by @bedforpetprague

Greta is 4 years old. She’s the sweetest companion cat. Loves to be near at all times and enjoyed cuddles a lot.

She’s FeLV positive, so can either live alone or with a FeLV positive cat.

She’s looking forward to meeting her mum a lot. by @bedforpetprague
