Brrrrr it's here, its like fall fall now. Glad I got a chance to hit Silverstar last weekend, most beautiful day I think I've ever had on two wheels. The lighting was perfect, perfect temp to go fast and take chances. It's PSL season (Pretty sic lines)

Time to get the last few things fixed on the 300cc gas powered lift access. Stretch ut more of the season till snow. by @beduro_components

Running ragged but optimizing what we can by @beduro_components

Raaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh! by @beduro_components

Since re-entering the US market it's been nuts around here... We've graduated to the 20fters of aluminum bar....Just trying to stay on top of it. by @beduro_components

Been quiet on here because I've been workin' my ace off....

Just a friendly heads up we are going to moving to a new e-commerce platform in the next 5 weeks... Shopify been good to us, but there comes a point with it where become very limiting. And frankly its the cause of stock outs a lot of times because it so manual.

I am creating a new site thru base44. I have been able to make a full inventory management system on the back side of the site(that only I can see) that takes in account every part, bolt, nut, packaging, even the label for the box. And for each product you tell it a bill of materials, and when you go to assemble a kit, it pulls all the necessary part inventory into the assembled product... I've also gotten it to alert me every morning if inventory of either part or product inventory goes below the minimum threshold..

Every problem is just a problem, and stock outs are our biggest problem and with longer supply lines it seems(like you could see it tomorrow you could see it in 3 week), things just need to be order well in advance.

Not pictured is also a separate dealer program portal where I can invite dealers in as a user and they have a separate dealer check out. Frankly this will save the dealer program as it was almost on the chopping block...

Have some a project management app thru base44 as well, where we can screen cast the kan ban list. Never got so much stuff done ever in last 3 weeks. Helps the ADHD to brain dump and visualize all that needs to be done

Done so much I roasted one of the drives on the cnc router table, swapped that out and routed all the cables properly and clean.

Jamming hard, making all the things, Monday Canadians really show up for us and bought like 12 sets of hand guards. Really appreciate it 🙏 as it was feeling pretty bleak out there the last few weeks. by @beduro_components

Can't really claim full inspiration on this one, @j_al kept sending me posts of some wildly over priced fender contraption that you may not even be able to get here in Canada.... And it still might blow up..

Was pretty sure that I could do it out of the same UHMW plastic our hand guards flags are made out, for sub $90. The beauty of UHMW is you can bend back and forth pretty well infinitely and it doesn't crack. And I added those slots in the top- there, so it would "hinge" at a particular point, basically where these fenders all blow up anyways. And you just drill and install into what would left on the bike. (And cut, round all the sharp edges)

Anyways I call it the "Huck Tail" because when you Chuck fails you need a Huck Tail.

Need blown up rear fenders for the KTM group tbi's and Maybe Yamaha YZ 250 by @beduro_components

More round barends!!!

Just after these we're going to take a stab at the expanding mandrel internal collet too, for tap-less install... And make the stock Yamaha bar size!! by @beduro_components

Still jamming out hand guards in the background and doing other cool projects. by @beduro_components

Hope everyone in Canada had a wicked Canada day yesterday.

Wanna show this off before it gets all banged up.

Could only get the @commencalcanada FRS frame in white.... I'm not a fan of white on bikes... It's like having a white belt or white sun glasses.... So got to Cricut'ing last night to break up the whiteness with some stealth camo and copper pin stripes...looks sharp!! Just some spacers to be made tonight and get it together.

Finishing up the odds and sods this week before hot boy summer starts. Lots of hand guard kits coming on board and finish up the super hooligans bike. by @beduro_components
