Loved getting to do this recent build for designer @roxelio_de_luna for her upcoming production of mystic pizza that’s hitting the road.

I can’t wait to see what this wig becomes after it’s cut and style 😊

Some Like It Hot. Character: Nellie.
Fun fact, this wig was revamped towards the end of year 1. Truly loved getting to do this wig. I love a soft wave, it’s so elegant.

A day late to the 45th anniversary of cats! This show was my first tour, thanks to @pauliesparkle recommending me and @nugabe333 taking a chance on me and teaching me the ways. This really felt like the beginning of something new in my career. I feel so lucky to have been apart of this show, styling these wigs was a form of art. I learned a new way of styling and made some great friends along the way. Please enjoy a throwback of some of the wigs I styled on Cats the musical! 🙂 #tour #catscatscats #catsthemusical #wigstyling by @bee.essen_wigs

Starting the Some Like it Hot content, don’t worry I’m sure there will be more mean girls in the future. This is also my first reel. 🫣

This is our swing’s wig for our Nellie character a bit piece at the top of show. Can’t believe this show is slowly coming to an end. It’s been a beautiful journey.

Wanted to take a moment to showcase some of the braids and twist work I got to do on Mean Girls. Texture hair is an art, that takes time, practice and research. I’m always looking to learn more. Featuring principal and enesmble wigs.

Mean girls 2nd national tour Aug 2023/ August 2024. Wow, what a journey it was, it was such an honor to bring this story to life. I’m forever grateful for everything it taught me. Bus & truck is no joke. Enjoy these professional production photos I got to be apart of. Couldn’t have done these wigs without the support of associate designer @anahoops86 And the wonderful design of @josh_marquette

Year 2 Mean Girls build for ensemble character Dawn. Love getting to find opportunities to build on the road, even when that means building in your hotel room.

Was a great time getting to help kick off year 2 before moving shows. Swipe to see the journey.

Had the opportunity to take a wig building class with @jasonkyleestrada! I learned a great deal and Jason challenged me in the best way over a span of 3 days. This quick front was one of the projects I built, now it just needs some hair. 🙂 by @bee.essen_wigs
