Perimenopause has been teaching me lessons I never asked for… and one of the hardest has been learning how to live with sleepless nights. 🥱

Insomnia has become an unexpected obstacle in this season of my life. Some nights, my body is exhausted, but my mind just won’t rest. And while I can’t always control the sleep I get, I’m learning that I can control how I care for myself in the moments in between.

So, on the nights when sleep doesn’t find me, I turn to grounding, journaling, and sitting with my thoughts. I give myself permission to feel, to release, and to be gentle with the woman I’m becoming.

Because healing isn’t always about having it all together. Sometimes, it’s about finding peace in the middle of the struggle and choosing to pour into yourself, even when you’re running on empty.

I’m learning to give myself the same grace I so freely give to others. One breath, one page, one sleepless night at a time. 🤎

I did a thing… 🥹✨

I officially received my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate! 🎓🧘🏽‍♀️

200 hours of learning, growing, practicing, questioning, laughing, sweating, and finding my voice. This journey challenged me in ways I didn’t expect, but I’m walking away with so much gratitude and excitement for what’s next.

A huge thank you to Nectar Yoga Studio for creating such a beautiful space to learn, grow, and become a teacher. And to everyone who practiced alongside me, supported me, encouraged me, and made this experience so special—thank you. 🤎

I started this journey as a student, and I’m leaving it ready to hold space for others.

200HR Yoga Teacher Training — COMPLETE. ✨

So proud of this women, my wife and newly certified yoga teacher ! Nearly year in the making, the passion, early mornings, late nights, over 200 hours and commitment to this achievement was truly inspiring to witness first hand !
