This past Tuesday was so healing and perfectly timed. 💛

Semi from @naturesambrosia led us through a truly blessed experience rooted in deep breathing, grounding affirmations, and the gentle power of scent and herbal wisdom. Slowing down together felt necessary, nourishing, and deeply embodied.

Thank you to everyone who came out, breathed with us, and created such a calm, intentional energy in the space. 🌿🫁

We’re very excited to run this one back next month… maybe with a few added bonuses. 👀✨

Not only does Idlewild owe me NOTHINGGGGG, I might even owe Idlewild some change 😂🫡

@pettypropolis has been pouring into my life forever but these festivals are a extra special treat 🥰

(Again, Happy Birthday my queen! Thank you for everything you doooo 💕💕💕)

I’ve been going to the day long festival for the past two years but this was my first year staying the weekend and maaaaaan it was exactly what I needed 🙌🏽

The Rest, the Belly Laughs, the jokes that grew legs, the water, the music, the family…. I just… words have very little to do with the divinity of this past weekend 😫👏🏽

My mom came thru for the first time this year 😍🥰

Shout out to fellow projector @andreahetheru for keeping the energy up, for the reminders to move, the puzzle genius and for the grounding!

Shout out to @gab_bsmooth for that calm but loud kinda love she gives + the puzzle genius-ing + tolerating all the nosy lil sister energy I had for her all weekend lol 🙈

@heru_xiiix kept the knowledge and vibes going and him and @djnefyu kept the music just where it needed to be 💃🏽

(I’m still cha-cha-ing to the left tho 😂)

@ul_obasaki and @mindfulbee kept me laughing and irritated 😂😒

@eyeneyellc is a constant mirror and I love that for usssss 😂😍😍💕

It was sooooo good to see @deyonte6908 and @nicolenacreates living their best lives in Idlewild 🎉

Being in any space for any extended time with @jamonblackscrollhistorian and family is a constant blessing 🙌🏽

Same for @clarethapeacebell and crazy @jbellcomedy 😂

Oh and the elder love was too real. Idk if they have social media, but imma make sure I love on them soon.

The list and tags could go on and on and I owe @beebe.jpeg some hours of going thru all 700 photos properly, but for now I’ll suffice it to say that my community is something special and I am infinitely grateful to be a part of it 😫😍🥰

To everyone who came for any portion, thank you for sharing your energy with usssssss.

Ready for The Hive, Idlewild 2.0 and whatever comes next on that landddd 😍

✨✨Still feeling so inspired and honestly overwhelmed (in the best way) by the love, support, and energy that filled the room at THE PLUG PARTY this weekend.✨✨

This was more than a party.
It was a celebration of 9 years of Beebe Arts LLC 💼🎨
A celebration of 34 years of me 🎂🦋
And a celebration of Detroit community, connection, and care 🌆❤️‍🔥

Y’all… this was the biggest and best thing I’ve ever done.
And the fact that it happened with so much ease, intention, and joy still has me in tears.

In all honesty, I’m going to need a few days to make a recap post for the Plug Party 😮‍💨💜

That thing was the most beautiful and wonderful experience I’ve ever curated, and it’s ALL thanks to y’all 💯🙌🏽

Thank y’all for every smile, every foot that stepped into the door, every card, every hug, every dope plug homie of mine who had a table, every old friend, new supporter, OG supporter, and every parent and child that shared space with me and mines yesterday 🫶🏽

I’m still reading cards and text messages, still in shock and smiling, and still marinating on whatever that room created in this world.

The prep work has been a wonderful labor of love and creativity. 😁

I been orchestrating community events and curating my own art shows for 10 years and The Plug Party is showing me that was all GLORIOUS practice for this event lol. 😅🥹

It supposed to rain around the start time of the event but PLEASE don’t let that stop you. The event is indoors, the music, food, vendors and vibes will be slappin and it won’t be the same without you there! 🥹💕

Maaaaaaaaaaan. 34 feels AMAZING. 💕

I’m usually doing a bit much on my bday because I’m so determined to have some at least slightly epic experience for my loved ones to attend. 😅

This year tho, the party party is after my actual bday so I could take the day as easy as humanly possible. 🙌🏽

And that’s what I diiiiiiiid 😁

Got my eyebrows and nails done, got the most wonderful massage courtesy of @deondrawill, stopped in a random art gallery, then had dinner with my favorite people at my inner kid’s favorite restaurant. 🥰

I still have so much love to respond to but please know EVERY text, call and post will be so deeply cherished. 🥹

This past year was thick, a lil challenging but crazy rewarding and every second yall spend celebrating with me makes me feel SOOOOO ready for this next year 🙌🏽

Side note: Shout out to my new hair style courtesy of @texturesbynefertiti 😁
