๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ’™ A Vision Turned Into Reality. Today, weโ€™re proud to announce that the new Steelton basketball courts and the Rod Brookin Memorial Mural are officially 100% COMPLETE! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ This project was about much more than painting a basketball courtโ€”it was about honoring a hometown legend, investing in our youth, bringing our community together, and creating something that Steelton can be proud of for generations. A heartfelt THANK YOU to every donor, sponsor, volunteer, and supporter who believed in this vision. Your generosity, encouragement, and commitment made this transformation possible. This is proof of what can happen when a community comes together with one purpose. A very special thank you goes to our incredible mural artist, Bryan King Prolifik Hickman, whose talent and creativity brought Rod Brookinโ€™s legacy to life in a way that will inspire generations. Your phenomenal work has created a permanent piece of art that our community will cherish forever. ๐ŸŽจ๐Ÿ€ But this is only Phase One. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ Our next goal is to transform the bottom courts and install a brand-new black perimeter fence to complete the park. Weโ€™ll be launching our next fundraising campaign soon, and we hope youโ€™ll continue this journey with us as we finish what we started. Together, weโ€™re not just rebuilding basketball courtsโ€”weโ€™re rebuilding community pride, preserving history, and leaving a legacy for the next generation. Thank you, Steelton. This is what happens when a community believes in itself. The best is still yet to come. ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ€ #SteeltonPride #RodBrookin #LegacyLivesOn #HomeOfTheRollers #CommunityStrong #KingProlifik #BryanHickman #BeechsPaintingServices #BuildingLegacy #TogetherWeRise #OneCommunity #SteeltonStrong by @beech717
