• Golf, venue hire, hospitality, travel and other third-party expenses are excluded. Any costs associated with booking an experience will be disclosed and agreed beforehand.

The way someone shows up at work isn’t always a reflection of their capability.

Hierarchy, confidence, upbringing, personal experiences and the environment around us can all influence how comfortable we feel speaking up, challenging others or taking the lead.

From my experience in HR, I’ve always observed these dynamics, particularly when the normal workplace structure changes.
