Bingham Cup- Brisbane, Australia 26 🇦🇺🏉

Where do I start… It’s incredibly hard to put into words how this past week has been for me. For those that remember, I broke my ankle two years ago before the last Bingham Cup in Rome and was unable to play the tournament.

I had set a goal for myself at the beginning of the year that was not just a physical goal but a mental goal for when I finally got to play at my first Bingham Cup.
I wanted to play every game knowing that I gave it my all. Not leaving the field with any regrets or what ifs.
People that know me, know how hard I am on myself when it comes to rugby and the expectations I set for myself.

I lay here in bed with tears in my eyes as i’m writing this because… I did it. We did it.
My @vancouver.rogues.rugby family went undefeated all tournament, got bumped up to division 1 and we played a hard fought game for the final but unfortunately lost 14-15.

My body has been through war but my heart is unbroken and I would do it all over again if I could.
It might’ve not been the fairy-tale ending we had hoped for but it is a story I would never rewrite.
The @vancouver.rogues.rugby are family to me and will always be. I don’t know where I would be today without them or the greater community of IGR rugby and all the unbreakable bonds I have made along the way.

See you all at Bingham, Leeds 28!
