I wanted to make brioche rolls and I also wanted to make babka, so I decided to make them both at the same time. Had some blackberries and white chocolate which then became a blackberry coulis and a caramelized white chocolate cream respectively. I think it turned out great. Let me know if you guys want a recipe/guide.

Watch the 4K format of this on the YouTube channel (link in the bio).

The Pops sat me down as a youth to watch my first World Cup on a TV with an antenna. Told me Brasil was our team, and we'd go on to watch them every World Cup since then; just on progressively better TVs, lol.

Figured finally seeing them play in person would be a cool early Father's Day mission. 😎

"Ducana Sushi": a completely new take on ducana & saltfish.

There is some irony that I couldn't find Japanese sweet potatoes so ended up using yellow ones instead (no those aren't carrots). Adds an interesting pop of color.

Anyway, so there's ducana and saltfish wrapped in nori and cooked sous vide, chopup, salmon roe, boiled plantain, avocado, pumpkin puree, curled spring onions... basically a bag of "local" shenanigans. Just may be the first time it's been done. 🤔
