Nasir Blix, to say I fought for you would be an understatement. Even with every single obstacle that entered our path (miscarriage, fibroids, PCOS, ectopic pregnancy, failed fertility treatments) GOD made a way for you to enter this world and bring all of his light with you. I would do it all again if I had to. Every sacrifice was made worth it when I got you. 🩵

Two years with you has flown by already and though I wish time could slow just a little…I’m enjoying seeing you grow more and more every day. You bring us all so much joy. Happiest birthday my baby boy, mommy could not be more grateful for you.

It’s funny I documented every single part of this journey, countless hours of footage, note taking and more just because I knew this story could resonate with so many. However, I got so caught up in HOW i wanted to share the story and never actually ended up sharing it. For whatever reason, today…two years later I felt compelled. Here’s a small glimpse into what that time looked like for us. God, I thank you for your mercy and grace…I thank you for blessing me with my rainbow after the storm. 🙌🏾

Yesterday was so special, thank you to everyone who celebrated “Nasir’s TWO Orleans” !! My baby is (almost) Two 🥹 & I’m not even sure how it even happened bc I only had him a few months ago. 🤔😭

Everything was pretty much a DIY project between @ms.sandiego & I per usual! This 2 was supposed to be wrapped in a design in ribbon but in true Bree fashion i ran out of ribbon and had to improvise 😅

Major shout out to @jansconfections for this beautiful, DELICIOUS cake creation! He pulled this off for me with just 3 days notice and the entire party raved about how good this cake was! I appreciate you for taking care of me and being so kind!!! Can’t wait to work together again.

These custom coloring sheets Carmen designed was thee perfect activity for the kiddos, they absolutely loved them!

We had seafood boiling on site, I didn’t even get good footage!! We had snow crabs, blue crabs, shrimp, turkey necks, corn and sausage !

Not to mention our regular party food menu of chicken pasta, meatballs, potato salad, chicken, hot dogs and snacks for the kiddos!

I celebrated XXXVI “In Good Company” 🌹

Thank you to everyone who made my day special by celebrating life with me. Each of you were placed in that room with intention. I truly cherish those who make the time, make the space, show the love and extend the effort. My appreciation runs deep.

Thank you to @verdureatlanta for hosting us for the evening. 10/10 experience, highly recommend. The Le Jardin private room was perfect for an intimate dinner.
