Last night I met the OG punk band @pansydivisionofficial and they killed the set but also stuck around to meet everyone. Meeting Jon Ginoli and telling him about finding Deflowered at Sam Goody when I was 17. Telling him about my yearly Xmas cd and his song “Have a homo Xmas” seeing him laugh and knowing they started the revolution. Green Day took a chance on him and he ran with it. It was an honor to meet these gay riot boys (now daddies) Time is so cruel but better late than never. taken in TV Eye NYC by @beejtorious

“would you like to practice with me?” he uttered these words to Fairuza Balk but really he was talking to me. Your “IN to Tim” told us a lot about who you are. Where it started. Coming home from trick-or-treating by myself every year one night I found VH1 was playing the Rocky Horror picture show on repeat and I have never seen it before. I could tell I shouldn’t have been watching it because every time my mother walked into the room I would flip the channel. What was happening? That was Susan Sarandon from T&L and that was Barry Bostwick from George Washington! What was happening? What was happening was the end of the beginning. The first green is gold. There are people who don’t fit in who suddenly had a home- Mildred Hubble, Brad & Janet… me. Tim was our home. He was our father. He was our mother. And he was also a third thing -something darker. Like so many countless others he changed my life by showing your life doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. 👄 #timcurry #rockyhorrorpictureshow taken in Transylvania by @beejtorious
