A little more about me.....

I Live in Hertfordshire, England

I live with my Fiancé. We have a Daughter and a son, who we are very proud of who they are becoming as young adults.

I work full time as a Branch Manager in a Builders Merchant, Dadtaxi to the kids as they play Rugby and Basketball.

In my spare time I enjoy baking, cooking, drawing, and reading.

Many years ago I used to be a powerlifter and played rugby. After playing rugby I coached in many different environments. The joy of giving back to the game I love.

My baking is all self taught and I do it for fun.

Thank you for following my journey as an amateur Baker 😊

Well Halloween is around the corner. So decided to make a cake Head in the theme of Halloween.

Creating a piece of art through fondant, and sugar pastes...

...tried to create realistic cuts / wounds

*GBBO Week 2 - The Biscuit Showstopper (Mosaic)*

I thought I would attempt this week's Showstopper. Creating a mosaic, using 302 biscuits on a gingerbread base.

Can you tell what it is? Who you going to call?

Making cakes for friends and their special occasions. I had the privilege to make this one.

Then to get a review so lovely. Makes my hobby all worth while

The one thing I love as a hobby is helping friends and family out with a bake / Cake

It really helps me grow as a baker and always learning, testing my abilities in taste, art work, and designs.

this one I was given an AI image to show me what a friend wanted. I hope I lived up to the bill.

the feedback from Romans Birthday was fantastic
