S K I N N Y & S P I C E …

AND EVERYTHING NICE!

Fall has to be my favorite time of year, and what better way to enjoy the season than sipping on my Skinny Pumpkin Chai Latte, the perfect touch of warmth for these chilly days we’re having in H-Town! Half the calories…same bold flavors!!!

Cheers🍂

Ingredients:

- Black, Chai, or Chamomile Tea bag
- Ground nutmeg
- Ground cinnamon
- Ground pumpkin spice
- Ground ginger
- Ground clove
- Unsweetened Oat Milk
- Natural Honey
- Pumpkin Purée

Directions:
- Brew 2-3 tea bags in water
- Simmer 1/2 cup of pumpkin purée and 2cup of oat milk
- Add first four ground spices (1/2 teaspoon ea.) and a pinch of ground clove
- Fill a mug with 1/2 tea and 1/2 pumpkin/milk mixture
- Add 1 tbs of honey for sweetness
- Top with foam from milk (use mason jar with lid and shake if without milk frother)
- Add a dash of cinnamon
- Grab your favorite blanket, stream your favorite series, sip and enjoy!

And yes, I swapped the crostini with crispy kale and it was delicious! Pair with a glass of Rosé and you have a light and bright dish perfect for the summer!
