This week I did a lesson with Tony Bilello @revratesvip to get my timing right before the fall leagues start. I knew something was off before but this one hour lesson really helped me understand timing. My swing is starting to look good finally. What do you guys think?

Week 9 was a rough one working on my swing. Need to smooth that out and very clearly need to work on balance. I’m enjoying the process right now and just having fun with the guys. What do you think I should work on?

Week 8 was a rough one, struggled with arm pain and muscling the ball too much. The progress has been a journey, learning to integrate sliding, a balance arm, timing, and hand placement were the first steps. Now I need to work on a smooth relaxed arm and put it all together. Even though I struggled this week I understand this is a process of many steps and then tying it all together. Just going to keep improving one week at a time.
