Assallamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu beautiful people. Gwaldiya, Tu gwallafiya😂🤭❤️. If you are wondering if that was Chinese. No, it is not, me sef say make I greet una for my language. This na greeting from Pyem language. Pyemawa are from Gindiri , Mangu LGA in plateau state. If you learnt something new today, you are welcome!
This recipe finally made it out of my drafts, chaiii it is well🤭.
Dinner was supposed to be jollof rice and fried chicken but I was tired of fried chicken.
I decided to give it a little twist and it tasted so nice guys.
Firstly i spiced my chicken and boiled it, feel free to skip boiling if you are using soft chicken. You can just marinate your chicken and grill.
Then, I brushed the pan with a little oil and pan seared the chicken on both sides. While doing that add a little chunk of butter to the chicken, toss and set aside.
For my sauce, I added ginger and garlic crush, diced onion, a little pepper mix, then I spiced and seasoned it (any spice that works for you),after few minutes I added thinly sliced carrots, when it was a little soft I added my bell peppers and stirred to combine.
Lastly, I added the chicken back added coconut milk(I used store bought but you can use homemade), added some of the chicken broth and covered it to simmer.After simmering I added a little soy sauce to adjust taste and voila,a different taste indeed. What do you think?A keep or a trash?

Grilled to smoky perfection, with every bite telling a story. If loving grilled fish is wrong, I don’t want to be right. Want to recreate? Here is the recipe below :
Catfish,
Scotch bonnets (red,green, yellow)
Black pepper,pepper soup spice,curry,thyme,cayenne powder, curry leaves,garlic and ginger.
Seasoning,
Gino pepper chicken tomatoes paste,
Roughly blended pepper mix,

How are we doing? Ya hustle and bustle na yau da kullum. May Allah make it easy for us.
So I decided to create a video of how I love making my Dambun Shinkafa. I love Dambu so much that I had to learn how to make it, as the only Dambu lover in the house of course 😂. Funny stuff though, Dambu is one of the meals I didn’t learn at home, as a matter of fact no one has ever made it in our house. Daga kwadayi a gidan family and friends muka kulla alaqar so da Kauna ta gaskiya 😅.
