There’s a phase right before everything changes…
and it doesn’t feel powerful.

It feels strange.

The 5 weird urges that show up right before your next chapter begins:

1. The urge to pull away from everyone even the people you love.
Not out of anger just a quiet need for space.

2.The urge to change everything overnight
your look, your routine, your environment.
Like your current life suddenly feels too tight.

3. The urge to question everything, your relationship, your path, your choices.
Things that once felt certain don’t anymore.

4. The urge to be alone with your thoughts
More silence. Less noise.
Almost like something inside is trying to speak.

5. The urge to stop pretending you’re okay with things
you’ve been tolerating for way too long.

Here’s what took time to understand…

This doesn’t happen just once.

Every time life shifts, every time a new version begins this phase shows up again.

Different details. Same feeling.

It looks like confusion on the outside but it’s actually alignment happening underneath.

If this feels familiar, you’re not off track.

You’re in between versions. by @beesoars

Everyone calls it “overreacting”…

but no one talks about what’s actually happening underneath it.

Not everything is about the moment in front of you.

Some reactions come from what was never fully processed.

That’s the part that confuses everything.

Because it looks like “this just happened” but it’s carrying something much older.

There was a phase where holding it together became second nature.

Smiling, showing up, moving on while the body kept holding onto what the mind tried to move past.

And eventually it speaks.

Not to sabotage but to be acknowledged.

That’s where self reinvention really begins.

Not in controlling reactions but in understanding the subconscious patterns behind them.

Because nothing about that response is random.
It’s information.

If this felt a little too accurate… there’s more to uncover there. by @beesoars

Have you ever gone through something so heavy…
and people just said, “it made you stronger”?
Because I remember sitting there, smiling…
but inside, I felt completely shattered.
They saw the version of me that survived.
Not the one that had to fall apart to become her.
And that’s the part no one talks about…
It didn’t make me stronger.
I had to choose that.
Piece by piece.
Day by day.
When no one was watching.
So if you’re in that space right now where it feels like it broke you instead of built you…
You’re not behind.
You’re rebuilding.
And that version of you?

Same age. Different chapter.
That’s what nobody really talks about.
By now, life doesn’t move in one straight line.
Some women are watching their families grow.
Some are still raising children.
Some are quietly healing from things they never got to talk about.
And some are finally remembering who they are…
outside of everything they’ve been through.
No timeline was ever wrong. Just different. by @beesoars

"Enjoy it now… it doesn’t last.”

Have you ever caught yourself thinking…

“Did I already miss it?”

Because as a mom… especially when you’ve spent years in survival mode… you hear it all the time:

“They grow up… and stop needing you.”

And no one tells you what that actually does to you.

You start holding on tighter , trying to be everything and forgetting yourself in the process.

I’ve been there. Single mom energy. Strong woman mode.

Doing it all… holding it all… while quietly wondering if one day… they’d just drift away.

But here’s what I discovered through my own self-mastery and reinvention journey:

They don’t stop wanting you.

They just stop needing you the same way.

And when you begin to heal, reconnect with yourself, and break those survival patterns… you create something deeper than dependency.

You create real connection.

Now my boys are older… and they still sit with me, laugh with me, choose me.

Not because they have to but because they want to.

And that’s a different kind of love.

So if you’re a woman in that in-between… rebuilding yourself, finding your identity again, learning self-love…

You didn’t miss it, you’re just stepping into a new version of it.

If this hit something in you… stick around and I’ll show you where to start. by @beesoars

You wouldn’t tolerate today… what you once begged for.

And that’s not something to be ashamed of.
That version of you wasn’t weak…
she was surviving something you don’t even talk about anymore.

There was a time when you accepted less…
not because you didn’t know better,
but because you didn’t feel like you had a choice.

And look at you now.

You see it differently.
You feel it faster.
You walk away sooner.

That’s growth.
That’s healing.
That’s you becoming her. by @beesoars

…you stop choosing what makes sense
and start choosing what feels like peace.
—
And that doesn’t happen overnight.
It happens after you’ve lived through things
that change you.
After survival mode.
After holding everything together.
After being the one who stayed… even when it didn’t feel right.
And one day…
you realize you’re not her anymore.
The things that used to matter… don’t.
The things you used to tolerate… you can’t.
Because you’ve become a different woman.
And once you become her…
there’s no going back.

If you’re in that phase of reinventing yourself…
you’ll understand this.
If you’re becoming her now…
you’ll feel at home here. by @beesoars

Do you ever look back at who you were as a young mom…
and wish you could hug her?
Because I do.
By his age…
I already had three kids.
I was in survival mode.
Trying to hold everything together.
Trying to be strong… even when I didn’t feel it.
I didn’t have it all figured out.
I was still growing while raising him.
And he grew up in the middle of that.
And now…
I watch him hold his son like this
and something in me just softens.
Because his life looks different.
His path looks different.
And that doesn’t mean mine was wrong.
It means…
everything I went through
helped shape the man he became.
And that little boy who made me a mother…
became someone I’m deeply proud of. by @beesoars

have you ever smiled in a room where no one had any idea what it took for you to even be there?
Because there’s a version of you people will never meet…
the one who cried in silence, who held everything together when it was falling apart, who kept showing up even when it would’ve been easier to disappear.
The truth is, if they really knew your story…
they wouldn’t question your strength.
They’d be in awe of it.
And maybe that’s your reminder today: you’re not “too much”…
you’re just someone who survived things most people wouldn’t understand.
So keep smiling… not because it was easy but because you didn’t let it break you. by @beesoars
