Such a beautiful week of both receiving and giving healing! It was so nice to be away this weekend in Honesdale, PA and offering shortened reiki sessions along with being part of some tarot inspired yoga classes and seeing what the town is all about! @thirdseasonyoga

Then yesterday, I got to educate my neighbors from @thepointatpineridg on what reiki is all about with my second “intro to reiki” workshop. We spoke about the origins of reiki, some common questions and ended with a meditation circle, each of the 7 ladies gaining something different after the circle concluded

I’m glad to say I’ll be relaxing and engaging in my own individual healing today, but what a fantastic week for this amazing work ❤️ by @beethelight111

What a blessing to be able to offering shortened reiki sessions during this beautiful weekend retreat in Honesdale, PA! Today may be a rainy and dreary, but yesterday was gorgeous enough to host some sessions outside for an added a little something special to the sessions that I gave. What better way to enter my favorite season than by reaching 400 followers! (And just about a year since I become a full reiki master 🤓) While this may not be a lot for some, I’ve learned that in life it not the speed in which you accomplish your goals and dreams, rather, it’s making them happen that matters. Had a great time seeing @paranormalbroadway last night! The sound track is still total stuck in my head lol Now, while there is nothing to be scared about when it comes to reiki, since my “wtf is reiki” workshop is one week from today, I decided to take a moment to show you what I do when I prep for a typical 1:1 reiki session and how I energetically clear my space. The music I use is generally calmer. This week’s Rising Woman is Blair Flynn. ✨

Blair is building a Reiki practice rooted in something I really appreciate: making wellness feel grounded and approachable.

Her goal is to help people explore Reiki as a tool for relaxation and well-being, while creating space for them to discover what becoming the best version of themselves looks like on their own terms.

But the part of Blair’s story that stayed with me most was her perspective on purpose.

She doesn’t see herself as having all the answers.

“I’m just here to be a guide.”

And maybe that’s what helping people really looks like. Not telling someone who they should become, but offering what you’ve learned and helping them find their own way forward.
