Oh wow.. I really don’t know where to begin with this one.. 🖤🖤
I am extremely excited to share my latest story for #Dazed winter issue! and this is not just a fashion story. For #TheBaddieIssue - with a theme around what it means to be an empowered woman today, I envisioned a woman looking inward. An endless exploration of identity and femininity, a performance of what represents to be a woman today in our culture. As an artist who works with photography as my medium, I always question the contemporary concepts of what we call ‘the gaze’. While I am always looking at others to investigate various forms of self, in this story I stare at my self to give you a glimpse of what I see.
I’m grateful for Dazed team for their belief and support while we went through this journey! So much love to the incredibly talented dream team who each put their amazing efforts and talent to make this story come alive! 🖤🖤🙏🙏
