A few months back I grew out a mustache just so I could do some new self portraits in the studio at @houstonphotographycollective.
A little pre-planning and I’m so happy with how these came out.
What do you think?

Massive thank you to everyone who helped bring this concept together.
This is an idea I have had for a while now. A lot of work went into this project. I absolutely love planning shoots and building sets. I wanted to create an image that was styled by me with a set designed by me. I have recently started using AI as a tool to pre-visualize my shoots and allow me to plan them with even more details. It really helped this look come together. I even drove to a bait shop over 2 hours away to borrow this shark pole.

I’m just so pleased with how this turned out.

a few weeks back I had the pleasure of working with a logistic company that specializes in large or unique loads. This project was to document the loading of what is at it’s essence, a winch. There were so many technical challenges on this project. Between loading the item into this jet and then shipping it safely to South Africa, there were dozens of challenges that these professionals had to overcome. One of which was simply fitting the box into the cargo area.

Happy Halloween from Gus.
We took our old Ford pickup out for some spooky fall portraits this morning.
There may not have been fog and a visible sunrise this morning but there were plenty of Great Egrets for Gus to chase through puddles and even a baby alligator watching us.
Don’t forget to book this old truck for your sessions. taken in Houston, Texas by @behind_bvp

Sorry about the profanity… my dad sent me a reel of an old truck with this song so I had to do it too.
Love this 1950 so much.
Fun fact, it’s available to rent for shoots. taken in Houston, Texas by @behind_bvp

What a beautiful morning. I recently took ownership of this beautiful 1950 Ford F-1.
I took it out for a sunrise shoot and got incredibly lucky with the low laying fog. I couldn’t have asked for better conditions.
This truck is available for rent for photoshoots, video shoots, and events through our studio @houstonphotographycollective

This past weekend I had the opportunity to photograph the @radical_cup at @cota_official with @ddautosports and their incredible team.

The drivers were putting down some seriously impressive times all weekend, and the entire DDAutosports crew worked tirelessly to keep everything moving and the team performing at their best. The professionalism, dedication, and teamwork from everyone involved was awesome to see firsthand.

I’m incredibly thankful for the invite and the opportunity to be there and capture it all. I can’t wait for the next one. And weekends are always better when they come with a few podium finishes. 🏆

In these slides, you can see the three racers through the iconic Turn 10 at COTA.

Did you know the Peacock is a natural predator of the rattle snake?
I just learned that. There is something magical about peacocks. When talking to the wonderful people at @highlandacrestx about the animals available for portraits we weren’t sure if we would be able to photograph this big guy. Apparently, they can be temperamental and have some intimidating talons.

inspired by @randalford.art work.

I met this little Joey at @highlandacrestx this week. He was such a sweet little guy. So soft too. When I was a young boy in Michigan I did my first school report on Kangaroos so this felt extra special. Or maybe it’s me. Mom did always say I was special.
I’m bad at captions.
And yes, if anybody knows me well or knows my inspirations, this is clearly inspired by @randalford.art work.
