Plans for the bathroom!! This is a rough idea but we have ordered all our fittings and tiles which are exactly like this photo except for we have ordered a sink with brass legs so it’s gonna look really beautiful! Should be getting starting end of June/early July and I cannot WAIT! As if I need more excuses to spend time in the bath 😂😍🛁

What progress we have made, we are getting there! After weeks and weeks of very hard work the garden has taken shape!

Now I need to finish painting the shed, and taking off the protective film of course as it looks a little bit bonkers right now! 🤣

Then comes the fun part of planting down both sides with beautiful plants to make the garden really come to life! Thinking of lots of beautiful colour to really bring that cottage garden feel to the space..🌸💐🌺🏡🪴

Hello 👋 new under stairs storage. We wood filled, then primed with @duluxuk and painted with @coatpaints in “Out of Office”. The warmth from the paint works beautifully with the stair runner and the wood antiques we have in the house.

Swipe to see a before image from when we moved in. We’ve come a long way!

Garden plans coming this spring! 🏡🪴👩‍🌾👨‍🌾 we are going to pull up all the current paving stone, level out the garden so it’s flat and add a new summerhouse at the end of the garden! The plan is to have new tiles by the back of the house that leads into grass and bedded plants on each side that lead up to the summerhouse and shed. Old shed is going, @adriannayler is going to LOVE demolishing that and the garden 🤣 summerhouse is ordered to come in April, time booked off work in March, now we need to order a skip! Can’t wait for all those summer evenings in the garden and it will be so lovely for Cali and Marla to finally have some grass! 🐶 by @behindnumber29

Spotlight on @eccocharity - I picked up these two shelves for £5 each and I knew they would be absolutely perfect in our home. I also picked up a mirror a few weeks ago, also for £5 and knew it would be lovely somewhere but I wasn’t sure where until I had a lightbulb moment and thought we could create a little space by the front door for our keys. Draws your attention away from the radiator then :) taken in Sawbridgeworth by @behindnumber29

The dressing room 💄👗🧖‍♀️ swipe to the end to see just how different this space looks! I don’t know what inspired so much confidence in this house but I just knew from the first time we went to see it, I knew how much potential it had!

It is such a calming space and I just love getting ready in here! Next thing on the list is to finally get doors for my wardrobe in there!

The Loo-tility! 😍 Swipe to see the progress and the last video is of the day we moved in. How different it looks now!

The shower was removed and gutted the whole room before plastering then cupboards built in and the washer and dryer could be installed.

Thanks to @hertsidealhomes for fitting out the bathroom and utility of our dreams! It’s so much lighter and more airy in the room now. We still need to get some artwork and a mirror but painting finished today!

On the walls we used @duluxuk Jasmine White and on the panelling and cupboards we used @duluxuk Natural Calico. Same colour as our bedroom because it’s just so calming and a gorgeous colour. Perfect with our new tiles too!

New bed has arrived from @dusk.com ! Swipe for what the room used to look like. Doesn’t it look totally different? We still have loads to do but goodness it’s not til you look back we realise how much we’ve achieved since March.

This room is SO cosy. Because the arch leads to the dressing room and that’s where the windows are, the room itself is quite moody which is gorgeous in the evenings as it’s so peaceful. In the mornings when I get up to do my makeup at my dressing table I can keep the curtains closed so Adrian can keep sleeping, although, he usually is up anyway for work!!

Thanks for building the bed Adrian, you’re the absolute best ⭐️ Life is so glorious here in Sawbridgeworth! taken in Sawbridgeworth by @behindnumber29

Our new stair runner is in and boy is she a beauty!!! We went for herringbone with Coffee edging. We felt a dark brown would really fit beautifully with our home and all of the lovely wood features we have. Black felt a bit too harsh and dark brown just felt perfect and we absolutely love it..
