🤯 WTF JUST HAPPENED?!

Probably a question I’ve asked myself a lot over the last few years 🥴

But they WERE the first words out of my mouth after one of the most profound experiences of my life.

An event that changed everything, or was about to, in more ways than I appreciated at the time.

So I’ve put myself in the hot seat on the latest episode of @behindoureyes333

I am super grateful to my lovely friend Beccy Calderwood @the.life.project_ for so patiently holding the space and asking me questions.

We only really touch the surface if I’m honest.

And I am very much leaning into the ‘so what?’ underneath it all.

We ARE more!

This is so close to my heart as we get to talk about light language, a gift we both share 💚

It changed Nicola’s life in every sense possible!

We talk about what happened, her story, what unfolded since then…

GOOSEBUMPS 💓

As we gear up and move forward with the next phase of my podcast @behindoureyes333 it’s been beautiful to reflect on where we are at.

I must admit I had started to beat myself up that production had slowed down, but the truth is I purposely avoid pushing myself too hard.

I have decades behind me doing that!

I can’t serve when I’m frazzled.
I can’t create with authenticity when I’m burnt out.

Everything is happening exactly as it should.
In exactly the right way, at the perfect time.

I’m so grateful for all the women who have shared their stories so far.

And I’m super excited for all the mesmerising stories and conversations to come.

🙌 A NATURAL KNOWING

I really appreciate this perspective from @nicolalightchannel about light language and my ongoing daily practice of expression.

We talk about light language throughout this episode of @behindoureyes333 and…

If you look on YouTube you’ll find another video where we had a little play, and laugh, expressing it together.

It is something I do for myself almost everyday.

It can palpably shift my energy, surface a clear message from within my consciousness, or just generally make me feel good and ready for the day.

Sometimes I find myself moving my hands this way when walking down the street.

Sometimes I hear or watch something and there’s a spontaneous movement or sound as a response - which can also be quite funny!

Sometimes I put music on and my body and hands just express like that naturally.

I haven’t shared it much on here because I’ve noticed there’s a resistance to feeling like I’m showing off or using it to get attention… or attract attention I don’t want!

I am still sitting with that.

🕵️ THE SPIRITUAL PATH IS SELF DISCOVERY…

Yes we are amazing beings!

Yes @nicolalightchannel ✨

Yes to this beautiful explanation of ultimately what we call the spiritual path.

It’s the path back home to who we really are…. 💥

It’s empowering.

It’s letting go of the distortions and the false self.

And it’s then grounding all of that into the physical body… right down to our tootsie toesies 🥰

That makes me smile every time she says it.

Chuckle in fact.

Because people can get a bit too serious about all this - and Nicola makes it fun and uplifting.

💫 LIGHT CODES…

In the latest episode of @behindoureyes333 with the beautiful @nicolalightchannel I asked her to explain what she means by codes, and more specifically light codes.

So here’s a little clip about that.

I think she explains it beautifully and what I’d like to add is that our whole existence is based on codes.

You may not see them or fully understand that from a limited mind perspective.

But if you start with the foundational premise that EVERYTHING is energy.

And energy forms patterns.

Think maths. Consider sacred geometry.
It’s ultimately all about patterns.

Then consider dimensions.
And see them as layers of energy - and patterns.

Then be open to the understanding that everything exists on multiple layers (across dimensions) including us. So… we have layers!

And so what Nicola is saying is that light language, whether spoken or signed (hand movements), or in written form (lots of artwork out there) - can express a multidimensional pattern that works as a key (code) to open and access parts of ourselves which are available on different layers.

Now that might make sense to you or it might have confused you even more 🥴😆

I’m not saying I’m giving the perfect explanation there. I doubt such an explanation exists because of the perspective we are coming from…

But what I do know for sure… other than setting a clear intention, the mind is not involved. The sounds, the movement, the written symbols come through fluidly, and naturally, without effort.

It’s a technology.

And an art form.

🔥INTEGRATION

After the first dramatic experience at the end of a month long trip to Mexico in March 2022, my life was never the same again.

And as my friend Beccy @the.life.project_ cleverly observed, it did feel like living in two worlds for quite some time.

I go into this more during our conversation on @behindoureyes333

It was so wild initially, most of my friends and family were not really aware.

I guess I didn’t know how to explain it, because I couldn’t really explain it myself.

I was having spontaneous convulsions.

Light language was spewing out of my mouth randomly.

I was perceiving the world differently.

It led me to explore and study so many things over the last four years…

And through that exploration I have met so many magical friends from all over the world.

And I guess I now feel more integrated with all that has happened. I’ve accepted it. Embraced it even.

And see it all for the gift it is.

I live a pretty normal life again after isolating during a lot of the last few years.

I’m grounded at last.

The two worlds are now just my life, ALL of it is me.

And along the way I’ve learnt to relax, allow, and ultimately let go.

👏 THE POWER OF PILGRIMAGE

That one statement.

🔥 PAYING ATTENTION IS A SACRED ACT.

A statement that resonated so deeply with me.

And in that simple statement is the key to the power of pilgrimage - whether we approach every day as a pilgrimage, or we take a specific trip to a land that can hold us in a “time out of time”

The simplicity, beauty and depth of both the words and presence of @michelle_macewan will always stay with me.

She points us back to ourselves.

Sharing our conversation on @behindoureyes333 has been a joy and an honour.

We can bring the sacred into our every day lives.

It’s always there.

If we’re present.

With our attention.

And then we see the beauty in what’s around us, and within us.

🔥THEY LIGHT ME UP

Producing my podcast @behindoureyes333 is hard work.. there is no denying that.

So much needs to happen behind the scenes to bring each episode out.

But I LOVE sharing the wisdom and stories of these immensely powerful wise women.

Each and every one of them is different and I personally gain so much from them.

Of being in their presence and holding space for their transmission.

And I’m very selective about who I invite.

I might not always be able to keep rolling them out at speed, but rather in flow.

Expanding onto YouTube is an ongoing learning curve but the beauty of that platform is that people find them anyway, without me needing to push and promote.

💝 DEEP INSIDE

That’s where your true home is.

The core of your being.

Your centre.

Your heart.

The truth of who you are.

If you don’t feel at home within yourself, then no house will ever really give you peace and a sense of safety.

I know that personally.

It’s what all of this has been about really… the awakening, the seeking, the adventures, the letting go of everything…

It’s all brought me back to myself.

A deeper self.

That’s always been there.

My beautiful guest on @behindoureyes333 - the wonderful @michelle_macewan - helps guide people home in all aspects of her work.

It’s the only journey we ever really need to take.

✨ MAGIC EVERYWHERE…

Talking to @michelle_macewan about the concept of pilgrimage, and how we can make it part of our daily lives was incredibly nourishing and uplifting.

In fact I truly loved how everything she teaches and shares is both magical and simple.

We live in such a busy and distracted world, we’ve forgotten how to pay attention.

Because when we’re present and notice all the little signs and synchronicities around us, we’ll see that magic is everywhere!

She sends out the most beautiful practices regularly, for free, on her emails. Just register on her website to bring some of that magic into your life.

☀️ NON-DOING..

Any accomplished channel will tell you that the less they ‘do’ the more energy flows.

As @lianelightsup has learnt through her own experience and @barbarablum___ of @heart_alchemy shares in this episode of @behindoureyes333 - it is not something you do..

More an open state you enter…

Logic and words are limited.

But the experience is profound and more real than words and logic can explain.

We’re all channels.

But only a few cultivate it, or recognise when something comes through them that’s beyond the logical mind.

Be open.
