Return of the @maccalaaa 🧤

The NTS radio people’s champion and certified Scouse party starter makes his long-awaited debut at the @goldenlion_todmorden , as he joins us for our return upstairs on Friday 16 October.

Rally your crew and venture out to Todmorden (just a 30-min train from Manc) as we dive into heavy cosmic club sounds with plenty of his mic antics - be warned.

Early door start from 8pm with a very sensible finish time of 1am, it’s easy to blag a taxi back to Manc also.

We know it’s rough out there atm, so we’ve added a sound amount of £5 tickets to the link. Support the cause and buy before the night.

Right gang - we’re back in action at the end of the month as we take over Manchester’s sexiest fish gaff, @barshrimpmcr on 29 August 🦐🐠

Fresh off a killer run at @loveintfestival , @eldiablossocialclub don @neildiablo will be teaming up with his trusty sidekick, @bobby_thorpee for this boujee Bank Holiday session.

They’ll be easing you in alongside your meal before firing up the @mastersounds system to 11, for a dose of wonky disco, house and worldly selections under the red light 🚨

This will be a free party but it’s recommended to book your tables in advance on the Bar Shrimp website.

CATCH you there trooops 🎣👊🎣👊🎣 by @behindthegrooveee

Who’d have thought it, ay? After throwing our first party in that old strip club in Wazza back in 2016, BTG is reaching its big 10th year in the game.

Since then, we’ve thrown 62 parties across Manchester, London, Berlin and Warrington, invited some of our favourite artists and DJs to play with us, and even launched a record label in between. It’s been a fucking BUZZ.

So, this is a personal invite to everyone who’s joined us over the past 10 years to come and celebrate our 10th birthday in style, as we take over room 2 in one of Manchester’s freshest clubs, @ambers.club 🟠

Dark room, mint sound system, trippy lighting rig — this space has everything we need to do it properly.

No superstar headliners for this one. It’s going to be our resident DJs @_saulwilson and @bobby_thorpee , joined by friends The House of International and @nicolabear1 , taking you through ’til 4am.

We’ll also be starting the day with a pre-party at @thecoreinternational in Stockport, with a special disco minibus service to the club afterwards - more info on that soon.

But yeah… big love to everyone who’s raved and misbehaved with us over the years. We hope you can all make it for this special one.

Tickets are only a fiver online, or they’ll be a tenner on the door.

Do us a favour and buy in advance x by @behindthegrooveee

Ahoy London crew! BTG will be hitting the waters on Saturday 13 June with the brains behind the highly regarded @test_pressing_official label and blog, @apiento , for a late-night summer jam.

A true behind-the-scenes legend for more than 30 years, Apiento has remained consistently original throughout his career.

From his work with the influential Junior Boy’s Own label in the 1990s to his current shows on NTS Radio, he’ll be bringing a vast depth of knowledge and pedigree to the @thegooselondon dancefloor🪿

The secret location of this party will be announced on the day, but we can reveal we’ll be moored somewhere in North London on the briny deep of the River Lea…
