How well do you know your audience? Inside your workbooks, we ask you to look at the ecosystem around your business. When you close a business, that is feedback about your IDEAL client (being a client who pays for your products or services)...not a theoretical avatar...real people who are enrolling in your solutions. Each paying client is a deep source of value. Respect that. Honor it. Spend time asking them why you?... When you take the time to do that, you can create these "dashboards"...it is a 1-2 page document that summarizes your audience. How is this used? - Seed - clarifying your target - Sprout - confirming how to best serve them - Grow - protect your IP, partnerships, and clarify your needs - Bloom - share the dashboard with your team so they understand who the business serves - Thrive - include your dashboard with partners for appearances to clarify your target audience. - Harvest - showcase your experience Take the Seasons Quiz, comment MORE. by @behindtheleafinc

I donā€™t suffer from imposter syndrome because I have too much evidence that I know my stuff. When AI hit the mainstream, @behindtheleafinc jumped at the opportunity train 300 women business owners on how to use it. Iā€™ve operated a lean team by integrating technology for 10 years. This isnā€™t new to me. @flourishmediaco has been using AI (automations, big tech, and machine learning) since day one because I started my business to pursue time freedom. Iā€™m on the board of @BizLeadhers which is a AI enabled program for first time women entrepreneurs spearheading online integration created by former employees at some of the largest companies in the world. Oct 4-6, Iā€™m leading a conversation at Teach to Fish @nomicra City of North Miami with Key Note RHOA, Kandi Burruss. @kandiburrussupdates Thank you Jessica Garrett Modkins, MS for the opportunity. Listen, when you buy your ticket and bring your questions instead of asking how can I use AI tell me what you want your workload to look like day-to-day and Iā€™ll tell you what systems you need.
