REGISTRATION STARTS 10/15! 4 times a year I invite 10 female founders to the @cleelumcabin for the most productive 48 hours of their quarter. The next one is January 11-13, 2027 No agenda. No curriculum. No one telling you what to work on. It’s just you, your laptop, and 48 hours of zero distractions to tackle that mile long marketing to-do list. Here’s how it unfolds: Monday at noon you arrive to a beautifully prepared lunch on the table. You drop your bags, take a breath, and set we set intentions for the next two days. Then you get to work! Deep, focused, uninterrupted work from 2 to 6pm. Tuesday is the big day. A full 9 to 6 work session with lunch ready whenever you need it. Midday we battle the afternoon slump with a Walk & Talk. We get fresh air and a 45 minute walk to get our brains activated again, and brainstorm problems together while we’re at it. Wednesday morning is your final push. 9 to 11am. Then we wrap, reflect, and you’re out the door by noon with a to-do list that’s actually done. But here’s the thing: if you’re not ready to stop? You don’t have to!! Those who want to keep going can stay until 5pm for a “leftovers lunch” and one final work session. Because sometimes the best ideas come on the last day. The cabin has four bedrooms, gorgeous communal spaces to work, a full kitchen, and it’s 90 minutes from Seattle, set in the trees outside Cle Elum. Meals, accommodations, and cleaning are all included. You just show up. Only 7 spots remain for January’s retreat. Tickets go on sale Thursday 10/15 at 8 am to those on the waitlist. Not on the waitlist? DM “Retreat” to get the link. Opens up to the general public on Friday 10/16 at 8 am. #SocialMediaRetreat #FemaleFounders #WorkRetreat #ContentStrategy #WomenInBusiness CleElum WorkationRetreat by @behindyourscenes.co
If 38 doesn’t impress you, then keep scrolling. For my average fellow small biz owner, that’s a significant bump from one Reel in 24 hours! (And counting!) This success story came from one Reel I pulled from my November RFC Guide. Yup, I use the guide too! I create monthly Reels guides in what I call, My Reely Fun Club. Born out of the need to take the “thinking” and “creativity” off business owner’s shoulders; I spoon feed you what to make every month. I am your creative director and every month you receive 10 evergreen style Reels with complete instructions on how to make it. I tell you how I would create with it and my Club members have 1:1 access to me in our IG Group “Clubhouse.” There’s literally no way to work closer with me unless you hire me for a custom project. All this for $47 a month. A social media creative director literally in your pocket for $47. No AI slop doing the work on the back end. I hand pick and create the guide. It’s a fully human experience. What’s stopping you from taking the mental load off your plate and allowing me to do the creative thinking for you? Is it fear you don’t know what you’re doing? Great - the guide instructs you and the Clubhouse gives you access to me. Your own personal teacher. There are no stupid questions. Everyone starts somewhere and it’s a lot more fun to start with someone who really cares that you succeed. Comment JOIN to give November a go. You’ll be making a Reel in the first 15 minutes you join! by @behindyourscenes.co
I can’t get over how fun that weekend was. In large part to my roommates and co-winners @reneedalo and @emilyrochotte 😊 If you make content as your business or for your business, you should submit and join me next year. It’s a tried celebration of creativity and community. @thereelies by @behindyourscenes.co
Did you know that I do dedicated content creation projects? This is more than just me documenting you and delivering B-roll footage. This is actually about creating concepts, filming, and delivering finished products. I've had the distinct pleasure of partnering with @katiem_portiaandcleo This last year, on a couple of municipal projects that I look forward to sharing more about. Partnering with a digital brand strategist is such a perfect fit for me. It allows me to focus on my zone of genius and what I do best: creating reel concepts that partner well with the their strategy. If you have the strategy but need the execution, let's set up a time to chat and see how we might be able to work together. by @behindyourscenes.co
If you're a hospitality property that would like more than just a handful of finished reels and some vibey photos, and instead loves the idea of receiving a complete library of evergreen-style footage that you and your social marketing team can work with over the next 12 months, we should talk. When filming luxury hospitality, I'm not cosplaying as a travel influencer. I am there as a guest, experiencing your property and documenting it in a way that will showcase not just the place but the people who make your place magical. I deliver a library of hundreds of usable social clips, as well as finished, edited pieces that are ready to post. When you work with me, I build out your library for the next 12 months, and if that intrigues you, let's talk. Thank you @roundhillresort for a magical week. by @behindyourscenes.co
If you don't have video evidence of your work, did it even happen? Unfortunately for so many people, their craft goes unnoticed on social media, which is a primary location where your future client is vetting you and deciding if they even want to reach out. Quality-grade video content designed to be used for social media is not a luxury in 2026. It is a marketing requirement. There are so many different ways I work with businesses of all shapes and sizes. If you're curious, schedule a complimentary call with me to talk through either a specific project or a general concept, and we'll go from there! Link in profile. Me: I’ll just ask them to boop back and forth. How hard can that be? Apparently hard. 😆 by @behindyourscenes.co
There are very few rules at the social media workstation, but there is one that must be abided by, and that is : When you check something off your to-do list, you ring the bell! How many times do you think you could ring the bell in 48 distraction-free hours? If working from home has you bouncing between tabs, laundry, and your never-ending to-do list, it might be time to step away so you can finally move the needle on your social media. That is exactly what the January 27 Social Media Workcation is for. In just two days, past attendees have: • Clarified their content strategy • Organized their content library • Mapped out weeks (even months) of posts • Finished lingering projects they had been avoiding You bring your laptop, ideas, and that project you keep putting off. I provide the cozy Cle Elum cabin, all meals, a clear whiteboard goal-tracking system, walk-and-talk problem solving, and a small circle of women who are just as ready to focus as you are. You do not need more ideas. You need space, structure, and support to execute. Don’t mind me. I’m just over here NOT overthinking what to make for my content next month. If you are comfortable making Reels but too overwhelmed or creatively tapped to know what to make, the RFC is the antidote. Simply pair your messaging with any of the carefully curated Reels in your monthly guide and have your content batched and ready to post. Stop making this deeper than it needs to be. The solution is right in front of you boo! Comment RFC to learn more and get started for $47. by @behindyourscenes.co
🗣️ YOUR REELS JUST A LOT MORE CUSTOMIZED! 📣 You can now organize your dashboard, import your own fonts and create brand kits all within Edits! As someone who is going through a brand refresh and new website build, this has me REALLY excited for series style content. by @behindyourscenes.co
Is anyone else still riding the high of The Bigger Than Business Conference?!? Cause we sure as hell are!! We asked for some feedback from our attendees and I just wanna say 🤯 “ I think the most valuable thing you get out of it is networking with fellow successful business owners, and that is invaluable.“ “Come ready to be fully authentic, let yourself be brave and connect, and I promise you’ll get something out of it!!” “I had the VIP and just connecting with women to me is worth that much with this high caliber of human. Thank you for everything!” “The most valuable thing I walked away with was deep authentic new sisters in the world of women’s entrepreneurship. The diversity in the types of businesses was incredible!!” Are you going to be joining us next year?!?! Just something I’ve been considering lately. I think the anecdote is showing more of the “regular” stuff and well as sharing my availability more openly. Showing the work that maybe doesn’t look sexy but is relatable and might inspire my local peers to think- oh, she does those types of projects too? Fellow entrepreneurs - what do you think? Does all the flashy content backfire in some way? by @behindyourscenes.co
