A few seconds to pause
A gentle reminder to myself,
and perhaps to some of you, too,in these difficult days. by @behnazagahi

After the difficult days of war that we lived through in Iran , I found myself returning to the book “The Body Keeps the Score” reflecting on how these ideas could become a lived experience and be practical and helpful.

That reflection became “Back to the Body”.

Through yoga, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, deep relaxation, and sound, we created a space where people could simply pause, reconnect with their bodies, and experience a sense of presence and inner safety.

It was not a trauma treatment workshop.
It was an invitation to experience what I have come to trust through years of practice: that returning to the body can be the first step toward reconnecting with ourselves.

My @behnazagahi heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated, and to those who helped make this experience possible.

When silence arrives, the world starts speaking in deeper ways 🍃

From the very beginning, nature has been our home. nourishing our bodies, holding our emotions, and carrying the wisdom of our ancestors through every leaf, every river, every breath.
And yet, as a tiny species in this vast universe, what have we truly given back to her?

The recent fires in the Hyrcanian forests broke my heart.💔
May we remember to return to nature with respect, gratitude, and responsibility — not just to take, but to protect and love her.🍃🤍

photos from our last retreat “Nature,Silence, Peace” . we spent three days of being in silence, sitting still and listening to the beautiful nature🌱

In the Bhagvad Gita
Arjuna said-
O’ Krishna, what happens to the yogi who begins in good faith but falters in between because of worldly desires and goes off the path?
Krishna said-
A person on this auspicious path will never meet misfortune. Not in this world, not in the spiritual world.he is never defeated by evil forces.
