Twenty years together. A renewal of vows. A beautiful celebration of love. ❤️

We were so happy to cater this special 20th anniversary vow renewal. While planning the celebration, our client Beia shared something very personal with us, she wanted to bake and decorate her own anniversary cakes. 👏👏

That’s when we discovered her passion for baking.
Beia’s passion for baking is personal. She creates her cakes from scratch in her home kitchen, with fresh ingredients, creativity, patience, and a genuine love for what she does. Her connection to baking runs so deep that she even “created her own cake for her wedding celebration.”

For their 20th anniversary, she created two beautiful handcrafted cakes:
Chocolate & Raspberry
Chocolate cake layered with homemade raspberry jam and fresh berries, finished with a vegan raspberry buttercream.

Lemon Olive Oil Cake with Lemon Curd
Made with naturally gluten-free almond flour and honey-sweetened lemon curd prepared from scratch.
Both were beautifully finished with edible flowers from Farm.One., and had no dairy, gluten, processed sugar, or anything artificial!. A party without good music isn’t a party. Thank you @emrld__music for bringing the good vibes and keeping the energy going all night!

Sometimes the best collaborations begin simply by discovering someone’s passion.

Turning 46 feels great when you’re in Porto- 10/10, highly recommend! 🤩River views, so much food, nonstop walking (up and down and up and down, rinse and repeat), and pair it all with the most amazing travel companion @lucianocohen , just can’t be beat! 5 stars birthday 🥳! ⭐️😄✨ taken in Porto, Portugal by @beia316

Cuanta emoción!! 💕💕Celebrando 20 años de casado con el amor de mi vida @lucianocohen - renovando nuestros votos rodeados por familia y amigos queridos. Un día lleno de amor, palabras hermosas, risas, lágrimas (de felicidad), música (por la talentosa DJ @estefapanesso ), comidas riquísimas (por el increíble @georgicaterer y unas tortas OMG que preparé yo), y muchísima felicidad. Aunque no todos pudieron estar presentes, los tuvimos muy cerca en el corazón a los seres queridos que faltaron (love you daddy @spillerpablo ).
Un millón de gracias en especial a @astroaddy por oficiar la ceremonia de una manera tan especial y hacernos todos llorar como unos bebés 😭; a @spiller.silvia por ayudarme tanto con los preparativos para la fiesta y asegurar que todo salga perfecto👌; a mis amigos @jess_waggoner_ @melissa_steinkoenig @akingoekche67 @steiny1228 Elizabeth W and David E for traveling so far to celebrate this special moment with us; y a @kobal.13 y @jandengel por llevarnos a bailar y cerrarnos la noche en forma especial típico nuestro😄💕

Lithium conferencing!! First time in Arkansas- the people here are so friendly and there is so much innovation happening- not just in tech but also in economic development and community building 💕 I love being in the epicenter of this emerging industry. So much to learn and study… if we get this right, it could be huge- not just for these rural counties but also for the country as a whole. Just need to figure out how to thread that needle!

Even on an ugly rainy day, people in Queens showed up to protest- No Kings in Queens!!! Even ran into some friends, which was surprising given the size of the crowd. Ok people- I’m so proud of this one!! A challenge- make a gluten free, dairy free, sugar free cake that tastes AMAZING, looks great and celebrates the countries of origin 🇦🇷🇨🇴 of these two beautiful people getting married! Challenge accepted!! Lemon 🍋 , almond flour and olive oil cake, with a dairy free “buttercream” frosting sweetened with honey 🍯. Organic vegetable-based coloring to accent the interior frosting. Edible pearls and butterflies… it was like eating a cloud of deliciousness. Next time making it for myself so I can eat all of it 🤣🤣🤣 #glutenfree #glutenfreebaking #deliciousness
