Do you have a little light inside that is calling you to learn more about yoga, to take a deep dive and share your love of yoga with others?

Yoga may have helped you in a BIG way, or lots of little ways, or maybe it’s something that you just want to be able to understand more, to do more of. Lots of people come onto the training for themselves, unsure if they will ever teach… most of them do end up teaching, which always makes our heart smile.

230 hr FOUNDATION PLUS training

OUR 2025 SCHEDULE ENCOMPASSES OUR UNIQUE HYBRID FORMULA OF SMALL GROUP STUDIO WEEKENDS (10 days total) AND ALMOST WEEKLY
LIVE-STREAM SESSIONS ON SATURDAYS

Students LOVE the immersion of the weekends and also the constant-contact of weekly sessions!

Studio weekends at Rural Soul (Worcestershire), Sonshine Hollistics (West Lothian, Scotland), The Retreat Space (Oxfordshire), The Brigid Rooms (Shropshire) and
St Lucia (Caribbean).

Yoga with Ja @solsanctum in August

Saturdays at 10am - focus on the foundations of yoga for flexibility. Yoga drills and techniques to improve your range of movement.

Sundays at 8am - Core strength Vinyasa Yoga is a flow style class that brings freedom to your body, mind and soul in an intelligent and safe way.

Mondays 6:30pm - Yin yoga and Myofacial release or Restorative yoga. Deep, introspective and mindful practices.

Also available for private group and 1-1 sessions.

Life captured this week

Secondary school (high school) mate’s funeral service and a reunion of sorts.
2 graduations, Boyzie from daycare and Sarita from YTT. 🎉
Passion piña coladas at the beach with a new book.
Juicing 😋
Becoming a cat lady.
Tennis, because I get to hit the balls as hard as I can.
A cozy Airbnb.
Solo dinner date at Felicity. I had the cauliflower steak and virgin mojito.
Favorite full moon ritual in the rain.
Sleeping in an Italian man’s shirt.
A good strong yoga class in a beautiful location.
