Someone recently mentioned A Course in Miracles in relation to the work I’ve been teaching through BeYou.BeHappy.

Interestingly, I’ve never read it.

So I started looking into it—and I understood the connection.

Ego. Fear. Judgment. Forgiveness. God. Choosing love over fear.

These are things I’ve been teaching for years.

But it also brought me back to something I believe deeply:

Stop abandoning yourself while trying to become more spiritual. You need to be IN your body. Not trying to escape it or Look outside yourself for answers.

🔥 You don't need to turn every emotion into something to heal.

🔥 Every relationship into a lesson.

🔥 Every hard day into a sign that you're "out of alignment."

🔥 Every decision into a search for a sign from God.

💦 Sometimes you're angry because something wasn't okay.

💦 Sometimes you're tired because you're tired.

💦 Sometimes you need a boundary.

💦 Sometimes you need to stop searching for the lesson and simply live your life.

Maybe spirituality isn't about transcending the human experience.

Maybe it's about being fully present for it.

That's the BeYou.BeHappy course.

Not becoming some perfectly healed, enlightened version of yourself.

Removing everything that isn't really YOU so you have the space to remember who you already are.

What if your exhaustion, brain fog, or hair shedding isn’t something you just have to live with?
Sometimes the missing piece is IRON. 🩸
