Running was one of the hardest things I did last year, It all started with that access bank Lagos city marathon 10km awareness medal and the rest is history😆
I registered for every single run/ challenge and I’m going with that same energy this year!

This year I have ran 2 half Marathons without training and this was the 3rd. Life has been happening and after each run I’m reminded I can do really hard things.
PS this was the first ever run I contemplated entering the ambulance because sun was crazy!
I mean I could run but I hate running in extreme heat!
It just gave me PTSD from my run in Doha🫠 but I finished and I’m proud of myself 🫂
One more half marathon to go before I wrap up 2026 running season!

Preparing for a half marathon when race day is 3 days away 😅

It might be too late to start train, but I can still do what I can to keep my knees strong and support my body through the run.
