My darling Maryam… ❤️🕊

Words fail me. It is very difficult to find the right words because how do you adequately describe someone who was simply TOO GOOD?

Maryam was my friend and sister. God, I struggle to use "was" for this rare gem.

So, it is true. The best and kindest people leave the world too soon.

She was supportive. She was loyal & intentional about friendships. She was the kind of person who would call your name in rooms of opportunities without prompting.

If she heard of an opportunity that could favour you, she would mention your name. If there was a connection she thought could help anyone, she would make it happen.

She wanted to see the people she loved win, and she loved many. She never needed the credit for it.

That kind of human is rare.
Maryam would always call to say sis, pls someone I know needs help with this or that- she was always assisting people.

She was an epitome of SELFLESSNESS.

Maryam was a GIFT that kept GIVING.

Maryam, a Queen who gave and gave and gave.

She gave her time. She gave her support. She gave encouragement. She gave connections. She gave opportunities. She gave of herself so freely, sometimes without the recipient even knowing what she had done behind the scenes.

And that is what makes this loss so incredibly difficult.

I keep thinking about the conversations, the laughter, the calls, the encouragement, the plans, and all those little moments that seemed ordinary at the time but now mean so much more. The excitement from 3weeks ago when you saw your girls and how you promised me that you planned a trip to rest after the event.

Some people come into your life and simply occupy space. Others leave fingerprints on your journey. Maryam left fingerprints in my life and in the lives of many.

She touched my life positively, and I know I am only one of many people who can say that.

Even in death, Maryam remains a gift that keeps giving because the seeds she planted in people will continue to grow.

My dear friend, thank you for being a great cheerleader.

May your beautiful soul rest in perfect peace, paradise and power.
