Transparent moments are sometimes necessary. These moments of clarity may help someone else tackle those tough parts of their lives. Give yourself grace. Work on the areas that you want to see a change in. Without my struggle, I wouldn’t have stumbled upon my strength.

A weekend well spent. It’s back to the grind of work, but I paused periodically to remember what it means to slow down and bask in the moment of peacefulness.

Listen… all things in due time. Today was busy, but in the greatest way. Do you have days like that?

High self esteem and firm boundaries will save you. Not just in relationships, but in friendships, in work and in life. Above all, be and stay a woman of value. Focusing on yourself is the blueprint. You don’t need to chase anything outside of you. You are the source. Your life responds to how you treat yourself. Be the main character in your story always.

August was nice. Now it’s time for the ‘ber’ months. I launched back into work attire with a couple of weekend looks embedded.
