— Когда чувствую, что застреваю в негативном состоянии, стараюсь одёргивать себя, не давая апатии сомкнуть свои объятия. Задаюсь вопросом: что по-настоящему приносит мне счастье? Какие вещи наполняют теплом и расширяют меня? Чем длиннее список любимых дел, тем ближе к себе. Чем больше времени со «своими», тем увереннее внутренний голос. Замедляюсь в этот момент, начинаю отметать все, что не имеет ценности. Все, что незаметно сливает энергию. Скроллинг в соц сетях, сравнение своего пути с чужой дорогой, бесконечный просмотр видео на YouTube уходят в первую очередь.

Порой мы сами ленимся провести ревизию внутренних настроек, переключиться с режима «существование» на режим «жизнь». Но как только создаём пространство и время для любимых занятий и дорогих сердцу людей, реальность воспринимается и взаимодействует с нами совершенно иначе. Начинают происходит чудеса. 🤍

birthdays are all about who remembers. about who shows up not just today, but always. who makes you feel loved even when it’s not your birthday. who makes you feel like you exist outside of today. who loves you just as much when the candles are gone.
birthday isn’t about the world celebrating you. it’s about who still does when the day is over ❤️

Lately, I’ve been thinking about how fast life goes by 🎐🎑
It’s strange how we spend so much of our time waiting for the next thing, waiting for life to get better, for the right moment, for certain problems to disappear, for ourselves to become the person we think we’re supposed to be. And while we’re waiting, life is quietly happening.
Days that once felt ordinary become memories. People change, places change, and somehow we change too, often without even noticing it. There are moments we experience without realizing that one day we’ll miss them. The conversations we thought were insignificant, the familiar faces we assumed would always be around, the routines we sometimes found boring.
Maybe that’s what scares me about how fast life moves. There’s rarely a clear moment when one chapter ends and another begins. You just look back one day and realize that a part of your life is already over. You were living through something for the last time without knowing it was the last time. As Andy Bernard from “The Office” once said: I wish there was a way to know you’re in the good old days before you’ve actually left them.

And I think that realization makes me want to be more present. Not because every moment has to be meaningful or extraordinary, but because even an ordinary life is made up of moments that don’t come back. Maybe appreciating life isn’t about constantly chasing bigger experiences. Maybe it’s about noticing what is already here before it becomes something we can only remember. 💫 taken in Almaty, Kazakhstan by @beissdi
