HAPPY LAUNCH DAY!! Link in bio ☺️ #beitanddesign by @beitanddesign
While I’m currently in Italy enjoying the many delicacies and sights of the country, I’m also inspired by the aromas here and brainstorming ideas for future candles or other products! In the mean time, here’s a quick snippet of my candle making process ☺️ by @beitanddesign
Meet the maker! I am Tamara, the creator of Beit + Design. After testing waxes and fragrances the past year, I focused on carefully choosing fragrances free of phthalates to ensure health is in mind. Made with 100% natural soy wax, it performs best with these fragrances to make for a clean burn. I sent samples to family to receive honest feedback before selling them without perfecting them. Even the wicks are free of lead and are 100% cotton. Yay! 🌱 Upon completing my masters degree in behavioral analysis (my other full time passion), I began spending countless hours in my kitchen making candles with the help of my boyfriend cracking the numbers for me on correct measurements. While working in the field of cognitive and behavioral therapy, I still committed myself to creating this brand as mental wellness became an integral component to my environment. Whatever it is that aids in your self-care routine, a little candle never hurt! All candles are carefully hand poured in beautifully made ceramic jars here in sunny Dana Point, CA. From my Beit, to yours 🤍 by @beitanddesign
When I first started Beit & Design, the primary focus was handmade candles, but I knew I eventually wanted to expand to other home decor - hence why I included the keyword “Design.” My little business might be slow to create (ya girl works full time as a behavior analyst) but will unravel in due time😊 by @beitanddesign
This is my first reel with a voiceover and it took way too many tries, BUT I wanted to share how I like to test out different scents and ultimately decide if I want to add something to my line or change it. by @beitanddesign
It’s been a minute since I last posted! Although most of the candles are reminiscent of summer (my favorite season) Levantine Cedar is the perfect subtle scent for fall 🍂 by @beitanddesign
Who doesn’t love a little perk like complimentary matches with your candle purchase? by @beitanddesign

My favorite way of reusing these ceramic candle jars! I love collecting and tending to my plants, so these jars are perfect for smaller plants 🪴 by @beitanddesign
WINTER COLLECTION COMING 12/12!! I definitely decided on this last minute, but I’m excited to share two scents I’ll be releasing for the holidays! These scents are Winter Fir and Cranberry Apple 🎄🎁🎉 by @beitanddesign
REUSING YOUR CANDLE VESSEL!! Your candle jars are meant to be reused as they can be a decorative addition to any room in your home. - When cleaning wax out of your candle jar you can steep it in a pot with water at a LOW temperature to melt the wax. Please be mindful to keep water at a minimum and to keep the burner low to avoid overheating and breaking the vessel. OR you can simply pour hot water into the candle vessel to break down the wax to easily remove it. This video shows you a how to for cleaning out and reusing your candle jar using a stove top! by @beitanddesign
