Every day, approximately 56 Australians are diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Currently, approximately 1 in 7 Australian women and 1 in 600 Australian men will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer in their lifetime. It's far too many.

Thankfully, due to research and wonderful advancements in science and technology, survial rates are rising.

Every day this month I've done 56 squats a day to raise funds and awareness for Breast Cancer research (check my stories!). Today is the last day.
