We are incredibly grateful to the Calgary Police Youth Foundation @cpfyyc for generously donating backpacks and school supplies to support families in the City of Calgary.

For many single moms, back-to-school season comes with added financial pressure. Support like this helps ease that burden and ensures more children have what they need to start the school year prepared and confident.

Thank you, Calgary Police Youth Foundation for investing in families in our community and supporting the work of Belahroi Women’s Foundation.

Dear Single Mum,

In the midst of raising your children, meeting their needs, and making sacrifices, please don’t forget yourself.

Your children deserve a happy, emotionally healthy mother, and you deserve to be that woman too.

Your healing matters. Your peace matters. Your mental health matters.

Taking care of yourself is also taking care of your children. ❤️
