We’re inviting filmmakers and creators to submit their documentary films, XR projects and serious video games for the jubilee edition of the Beldocs International Documentary Film Festival, taking place in Belgrade in April 2027. As a leading platform for bold, authentic, and creatively ambitious non-fiction cinema, we wish to bring people closer together and spark thought and artistic innovation. ✨ Ceger 19. Beldocsa ✨ Ove godine možete da kupite festivalski ceger i tako podržite Beldocs ❤️ Uz omiljene filmove, nosite sa sobom i mali podsetnik da se nada vežba svakog dana. Dizajn cegera inspirisan je rečima čuvene aktivistkinje Marijam Kabo — „Nada je disciplina” — kao i programom naše gostujuće selektorke @rumenabuzarovska. „Očaj je oružje tlačitelja (…) Nada je suštinska odlika života. The tote bag design was inspired by the words of renowned activist Mariame Kaba — “Hope is a discipline” — as well as the program curated by our guest selector @rumenabuzarovska. “Despair is a weapon of oppressors (…) Hope is an essential feature of life. Le Focus RIDM 2026 explore les Balkans occidentaux 🏔️ Le Focus territorial des RIDM consiste essentiellement en un exercice de réciprocité, par lequel les films voyagent, les conversations s’enchaînent et de nouvelles formes de collaboration émergent. It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Andres Livov, director of The Blueberry Blues, which received a Special Mention from the Beldocs International Competition Jury this year. His film is a beautiful collage of life; of people, voices, music, work, changing seasons, and the small encounters from which a community is formed. In every frame, one could feel Andres’s love for people and his belief in renewal despite loss and impermanence, his desire to celebrate life. That makes it all the more difficult to accept that he is no longer with us. What remains are his films: tender and full of life, just like his way of looking at the world. Rest in peace, Andres. Sa velikom tugom opraštamo se od Andresa Livova, autora filma „The Blueberry Blues“, kojem je ove godine dodeljeno Specijalno priznanje Međunarodnog žirija Beldocsa. Njegov film je predivan kolaž života; ljudi, glasova, muzike, rada, godišnjih doba i malih susreta od kojih nastaje jedna zajednica. U svakom njegovom kadru osećalo se koliko Andrés voli ljude i koliko, uprkos gubicima i prolaznosti, veruje u obnavljanje i slavi život. Zato je posebno teško prihvatiti da njega više nema. Ostaje nam njegov film, nežan i pun života, upravo onakav kakav je bio njegov pogled na svet. Počivaj u miru, Andres. by @beldocsfest

Otvaramo BELDOCS LETO na terasi Art bioskopa Kolarac! 🌞 Premijerno prikazujemo kratki film BE(T)O(N)GRAD autorke Bele Preradović, nastao na MiniDoc radionici dokumentarnog filma za srednjoškolce. 📅 Četvrtak, 2. jul 🕘 21.00 📍 Terasa Art bioskopa Kolarac Nakon premijere kratkog filma sledi projekcija filma LISICA POD RUŽIČASTIM MESECOM. 🎟️ Cena ulaznice je 400 RSD na blagajni Art bioskopa Kolarac. ☔ U slučaju kiše projekcije će biti održane u sali Art bioskopa Kolarac. ⛲️ Thrilled to share that How to Listen to Fountains has won the Best Film Award in the Fireworks Competition at Beldocs International Documentary Film Festival. 🚿 We’re really happy that the film is finding its audience in such different contexts - from major international festivals to more experimental film gatherings, as well as documentary festivals. 👂Recieving an award at @beldocsfest feels particularly meaningful to us. Documentary practice is where we come from, even though this film is, in many ways, an attempt to question, stretch, and deconstruct documentary forms and methods. Thank you to the Fireworks jury, the whole @beldocsfest and everyone who has accompanied our film on its journey so far. 💌 taken in Belgrade, Serbia by @beldocsfest
