Mother Nature was on our side and it was a doozy! Shout out to my friend Corrine Campbell for coordinating my first time hosting a Quiet Events/Groove Method experience for Bonnie's Annual Ladies Day Retreat. ☮️♥️💃

We began with a relaxing couple of hours on the floaty with tunes, laughter and light conversation soaking up the sun while embracing the tranquility of the slow-flowing Mira River leaving the toxic soup of the world rest for the day. 🌞

Now to gear-up for the Dance! 🎧💃
With a headset lesson, introduction & manifestation song, we were ready for the perfect prescription where everyone gives themselves permission to let go and get lost in music of every genre without judgment, and of course Mull River Shuffle was on the menu!
Ecstatic dancing, prancing, singing off key with no intention to entertain the neighbors to their surprise 🤣🤸‍♀️💃🎭🤩

Followed by a guided Groove Method with simple movements, rhythms & freedom to explore self-expression, connection & joy through music. Either way lots of frolicking, grounding and pure Bliss! ✨️

Time to eat!
What's a Ladies Retreat without replenishing our bodies, especially after all that unhinged dancing. The Pitmaster had our burgers ready with all the fixings followed by the most delicious "Layered Chocolate Delight" dessert from the "Tunes and Spoons" Cape Breton cookbook, so fitting ha ha! 😋

The evening ended with a peaceful end-of-night sunset view by the fireside, with a wobbly-pop in hand and a Slainte to us!!! 🥂🥰

Our routines are meant to keep us alive, but doing something a little out of the ordinary is what makes us feel ALIVE! 🔥

Thank you to all the beautiful women who found their inner Groove and allowed themselves to move in their own unique way, supporting and loving one another. 💞

I am so grateful to Bonnie Tutty & Robert for sharing their "Happy Place" along with giving me the opportunity to host my small business facilitating The Groove Method/Quiet Events. GROOVE Nova Scotia The World Groove Movement QuietEvents.
