Pt. 2 My girl can TALK 😂 Here are some of the things we did (and still do) at home that encourage her to communicate, express herself and speak confidently.

If you have an infant or toddler and want to encourage their speech, start with these things.

Some children experience speech delays and this isn’t as a result of anything the parents did or didn’t do, it just means the child needs the help of a professional and they greatly improve once they begin working with a speech therapist. If your child falls within this category, please see one 🫶🏽

Baking is my new favorite activity to do with my toddler and she loves it even more than I do.

If you’re looking for ways to keep your little one engaged this summer, this is one. Just make sure they know and follow the kitchen safety rules.

There will always be a reason to wait.

The children need you. Work is demanding. Money isn't enough. You're tired. Life is... life-ing.

But while you're waiting for the "perfect time," time isn't waiting for you.

Every day that passes is one you'll never get back.

So ask yourself: What have I been postponing that I can actually start today?

It doesn't have to be a giant leap. Start with the low-hanging fruit. Set realistic goals. Take one small step. Ask someone to keep you accountable.

Progress isn't about doing everything at once. It's about choosing not to stay where you are.

💛 What's one thing you've been putting off that you're committing to start this week?

Share it in the comments. Your commitment might inspire another mum to take her first step too.

I miss when hanging out was simple and fun, you didn’t need to have “enough” money in your account...it was just friends dilly dallying together and catching up.

Can we bring that back?

My Toddler’s outgrowing a lot of her clothes and shoes so fast, I had to get her a few things and we tried them on for you.

Zara has a sale coming soon so keep your cart filled and cards close
