New schedule. Dope energy. Positive vibes. I needed a second but I’m BACK. Summer is around the corner let’s move those bodies!

🕖 Beginners (Mon) 7:00pm — first time and beginner steppers
🕗 Int/Adv (Mon) 8:15pm — yes we go up; but we also break it down.
🕢 Int/Adv Breakdown (Wed) 7:30pm — technique, growth, questions answered and leveling UP. That simple!

Let’s knock these fitness goals out!!!! More news dropping SOON! 🫶🏾 by @belizeanbomb

Sound on 🔊! We all have a story! At one point in my life I was over 200lbs! Unhealthy, stressed, depressed, insecure, and sought out self love and self validation from everyone but myself. I’m not where I used to be nor am I the woman I used to be! I am, happier; healthier; have unwavering peace even in the midst of storms, confident and I truly love myself! I’ve fully submitted to trusting the process of my life’s journey! 1 Day or Day 1! Some of us keep saying tomorrow! Why not choose today? by @belizeanbomb

What I require, I reciprocate. Not just when it’s convenient or when there’s something to gain, but in the moments when character speaks louder than words. Personally, professionally, romantically, or platonically, my principles remain the same. I believe in giving what I value, practicing what I expect, and showing up with the same intention I hope to receive.

Reciprocity isn’t about keeping score. It’s about mutual respect, genuine consideration, and understanding that anything worth having is worth pouring into. My standards aren’t demands. They’re a reflection of what I bring to the table. by @belizeanbomb

Apparently, I need an alter ego name! And what’s crazy is, I’m not even like this every day. It’s something about getting on that mic! Like how Beyoncé transforms into Sasha Fierce, I turn into a WHOLE different person! Crazy! But seriously, what y’all think my Xtreme Hip Hop Coach alter ego name should be? 👀🤔💭🫣🤣 P.S. this was the advanced step part of the event. by @belizeanbomb

After step i went to the gym! Day 4 of my menstrual cycle and I’m not upset with the bloating. One thing my abs will do is disappear 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️. But I always dreamed of being the woman who loved working out, going to the gym and taking care of herself. I never knew how I’d get here, but I’m so grateful I did.

The biggest transformation hasn’t just been physical, it’s been my mindset. That push-through, gotta-get-it-done mentality has changed how I show up in the gym and in life.

These videos aren’t about showing off. I post my journey for me first, but also for anyone trying to grow physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. You’ll have highs and lows. Give yourself grace and KEEP SHOWING UP.
And I’m damn proud of how far I’ve come. 🙏🏽💕 by @belizeanbomb

Outside of Summer Step Fest, I haven’t really stepped in almost 2 months, so yesterday felt GOOD. It’s rare you’ll catch me in a Tuesday night class these days, but the girls were here from Maryland, so I had to pull up.

Pushing through your cycle is a different kind of fight, but I got errrrr done and still went to the gym afterward. Not going lie, I’m really proud of my push-through. by @belizeanbomb
