WCPSS Future Teacher Conference 2026 💙💚

Cohort 9 continues to #WAKEItUp with our FT conference! I’ve enjoyed getting so close with these outstanding future educators as we approach our final year of college! I can’t believe we’ve only got ONE conference left! I know the best is yet to come, but this group has already made me PROUD to say I’m a part of WCPSS!!! taken in WCPSS Professional Development by @belizewarrior

For many years, the K-Family has been a home to me. CKI has welcomed me with open arms since joining at NC State. For the past year, I’ve had the privilege of serving as @carolinascki District Governor. This weekend, I got to give my farewells and elect my successor at the 65th Annual District Convention of Carolinas CKI in Charlotte. Although my term doesn’t end until April 1st, I can already say without a doubt that this role has left me changed—for the better!

There’s no place like CKI, and I am forever grateful for the friendships and connections I’ve made as part of the organization! 💖💚

Cheers to even bigger things to come! I’m looking at you, Dallas, Texas! 👀 taken in Charlotte, N.C. by @belizewarrior

Jurassic Fall Call 2025 🦖🦕

The @carolinascki fall retreat is officially in the books! We had a fantastic time creating stronger bonds and service for Meals on Wheels! I’m so grateful to my district board and admin team for making this all possible! Grateful to see familiar faces, and I was ecstatic to see so many first-time attendees! Thank you to all the clubs that attended and all those that presented workshops! THIS is what CKI is all about! This is why I #ChooseCKI

I can’t wait to see everyone at DCON in Charlotte for a WICKED-ly good time!!! 💚🩷 taken in Coble Ski School, Waterskiing by @belizewarrior

Kiwanis District Convention 2025

This past weekend, I had the honor of representing @carolinascki at the 103rd Carolinas Kiwanis District Convention in Asheville, NC!

I left with new ideas, encouragement, and so much appreciation for the Kiwanis family that continues to invest in students like me.

One highlight was sharing my speech, “The Little Blue Dictionary,” about how a dictionary I received in 3rd grade from my local Kiwanis club still inspires me to lead and serve today.

Grateful for everyone who made this weekend so special, I truly felt supported and celebrated. 💙
