Missing one of my favorite training partners - @madison_ave_mma But it’s okay…brief interlude and we’ll be reunited soon. 📸: @sar.achaa by @bella.22ac
One month ago today - 8.22.26 - I received my purple belt from the best coaches anyone could ask for: @smgayton and @thanhlemma. Still can’t believe it. Thank you both for your guidance and patience (of which you needed a lot). Hardly do we ever get to where we do without help from others, and the same is true here. Thank you to my sweet friends and amazing training partners @madison_ave_mma, @shereaps , and @sar.achaa. I also have my entire team to thank and couldn’t have arrived here without them 💜 📸: @sar.achaa by @bella.22ac
What a summer I consistently marvel at the people placed in my life and the abundance of love. There are so many big things to come for the people closest to me, and I can’t wait to see it all come to fruition! 📸: @charlyhullphotography (1, 4) 📸: @sar.achaa (3, 8) by @bella.22ac
On August 22nd I made my amateur MMA debut with the greatest people at my side from coaches and teammates to friends and family. I’ve been thinking (likely too long) about how to describe this evening in words, and nothing seems sufficient. The proper description eludes me. However, the word I do keep returning to is gratitude - for the opportunity; for my team and coaches at @midcitymma and @lebrosmma; and, not least of all, for the family and friends God put in my life. I look forward to everything ahead. Here are some pictures to put it all into perspective. 📸: @sar.achaa Big thanks to @legends_fight_league_ and @hsly84 for the opportunity and to my formidable and kind opponent @ari_safari89 by @bella.22ac
This past weekend, 3 of our athletes fought for @legends_fight_league_ in Biloxi and were all able to secure victories. @bella.22ac overcame some early adversity and locked in to dominate rounds 2 & 3, earning a unanimous decision for her amateur MMA debut and her jiu jitsu purple belt! @husny_jz put on a striking display early in his amateur MMA debut, causing enough damage for his opponent to be unable to answer the bell for R2. @heartbreak_mma fought an opponent with much more experience, and after losing R1 was able to put his opponent down with a solid strike and immediately found the back to secure a strangle, bringing his amateur MMA record to 3-0. Huge thanks to our opponents and the promotion for the opportunity! 📸 : @sar.achaa #midcitymma #lebrosmma #mma #mixedmartialarts #mmafighter by @bella.22ac
As I reflect on the last few years and most recently my fight camp for @legends_fight_league_ , I can’t help but express gratitude for the instructors and owner of @pulsebypilatesplus. My favorite studio in Covington, LA, @pulsebypilatesplus is keeping me fight ready! I attribute so much of my conditioning and injury prevention to this studio. Without the support of Pulse, I could not have gone through this first fight camp with my health and fitness at its current level. We are less than two weeks out from my amateur MMA debut, and I am ready to put on a show! If you ever find yourself on the north shore and looking for an elite workout, check out Pulse: 1102 N HWY 190, Suite I Covington, LA 70433 https://www.pulsecovington.com #lagreefitness #lagree #sebastienlagree by @bella.22ac

ADCC Dallas! 6.20.26 Didn’t leave with gold - not yet. But on the way and moving forward! The fact that I get to do this with sweet friends and inspirations like @madison_ave_mma always makes the experience worth it regardless of outcome. by @bella.22ac
