Addi bear,

This past Friday I woke up to a text with a picture of you in a hospital bed, unable to make it to our planned trip to Cabo. Everything happened so fast, but over this past week you’ve shown just how strong you are, how many people are in your corner, and that God is truly on your side. Watching you go through something so unexpected made me realize even more how much you mean to me.

What started as a headache turned into a week-long hospital stay, where you were diagnosed with fluid on your brain caused by a cyst that needed immediate attention. After multiple procedures, you’re finally on the road to a fast recovery, and I don’t think I’ve ever felt more grateful.

Like your parents have been saying, “God is great, God is good,” and we are so incredibly blessed that you’re coming home healing and safe.

Even through something this terrifying, you’ve stayed your same positive, bubbly self. The true ray of sunshine you are, of course still adding a little Harry Styles into everything. You never stopped being you: so full of life, light, and love.

I am so beyond grateful to call you my best friend and to see you shining as bright as ever. I love you endlessly, bear. You are the strongest person I know 💪🏻❤️🧸 by @bellaaanderson2
