Something we’ve been dreaming up for a while is finally here.

Meet Gaia — created by the four of us with a shared love for movement, travel, adventure, good food, the outdoors, and connecting through community. Gaia is a space for retreats and experiences that bring all of those things together, and we’re so excited to finally share our first one with you.

We’re heading to Nosara, Costa Rica this April 1–5 for five days and four nights at Naya Nosara 🌿

Think daily yoga, breathwork + cacao, surfing, nourishing meals, a jungle + coastal excursion, time at the beach, and plenty of room to explore Nosara and enjoy being somewhere beautiful.

We’ve put a lot of thought into creating this experience and hope you can join us! Simply come as you are and leave feeling aligned and ignited from the inside out!

A morning to move, breathe, connect, and come back to center 🌊

Join Bella Conti & Abby Bellistri for a beachside yoga + a sound bath experience at Folly Beach on September 26th.

We’ll move through vinyasa, settle into yin, and close with a sound bath + hands-on savasana — creating space to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and connect with each other.

This event is donation-based, supporting the mental health of young adults and college students through Quest.

And after class, we’ll head to Dead Low for breakfast + 15% off for participants ☕️

Come as you are. Bring a mat or towel, water, and an open mind.

Join us for a relaxed surf meet-up, yoga, and beach hangout at Folly Beach! @bellaacontiii will run us through a short yoga flow geared towards surfers (to include poses that will prepare us for the waves). We’ll be meeting at Station 6 West for an easygoing evening of waves and good company. This is not an official surf lesson, but beginners are absolutely welcome—we’re happy to share boards, swap tips, and help each other out in the water. If you can borrow a board from a friend or have an extra board you’re willing to share bring that along too!
Not a surfer? No problem! Come for yoga, a swim, bring a camera, or even a game / small craft project to enjoy while hanging out on the beach.

Our first Play Date of the year did not disappoint 🥹🌞🧘‍♀️

We all met at the beach for the coziest little sunset reset. @bellaacontiii led us through a beautiful yoga flow as we faced the most perfect Sullivan’s sunset. It was chilly, but somehow still felt so warm and peaceful, especially with the sound bath she guided us through after (literal magic).

Then we got a little crafty and made 2026 bingo cards filled with hobbies and accomplishments we want to call in this year. Some may say it was very Play Date themed 😌

And of course… we ended the night with a rejuvenating ocean plunge that was somehow both terrifying and SO fun.

Thank you to everyone who came out. We loved this one so much 🤍
