My top 10 most-used newborn items as a first-time mom 🤍

Officially one month postpartum and these are the things we reach for every single day and genuinely couldn’t live without.

We’re exclusively breastfeeding, so a few other essentials that didn’t make the list but have been absolute non-negotiables: Vitamin D drops, a good nursing bra (@skims is my fave), the @haakaausa Ladybug milk catcher + disposable breast pads.

My positive unmedicated water birth story 🥹🤍

From spending the afternoon questioning whether I was actually in labor, to 10 hours laboring at home, to finally getting into the birth pool and meeting our baby girl at 3:04am on August 10th 2026. 😭

I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a more positive birth experience. I felt so supported by my husband, my doula and the hospital team, and I’m so grateful that so many of the things I had hoped for were able to happen.

Still can’t believe this is how the story of us becoming parents began. 🥹
