grateful for this little spot in my first little adult apartment. it brought back my love of dance after a fall out and truly allowed me to have my personal studio so that I could grow my craft.

the last time I saw @krok.dj, he told me “you’re a great dancer, just need to work on your t step.”

i took that seriously and I’m proud of myself for never allowing myself to stop growing in this lovely thing we call shuffling.

i looked at new apartments today and I will miss this spot dearly, but I look forward to the new scenery for bouncing around to come.

i have missed yall dearly, it feels good to be back ✨

dear @seismicdanceevent, you took my heart once again.

from the INSANE friend lineup - to all the souls i finally got to meet in person, my goodness, how good it was to have y’all in texas. 🥺

to the shuffle circles at @t78official

to @deadmau5’s absolutely insane nostalgia filled set in the rain.

to the lovely souls i fell in love with that stayed in my house. 🥺

to smiling ear to ear with my spirit animal @sreneex3

and to forever, being able to share the dance floor with someone who loves this dance life with more passion than i’ve ever seen in this life @vopflash - i love you so much.

this past year, from last year being my first ever Seismic fast forward to last weekend - i have been given so much.

so many friendships, so much support; a whole cluster fuck of amazing people that I get to share this crazy love of bounce music with.

i wish i took more pictures, but the memories stay forever.

this weekend made a stain on my heart.

i love you all, so so much.

see yall in may for @movementdetroit 🍄🎉

hello, my sweet loves, it’s been TOO long.

how much I miss booping around with y’all, and having y’all’s love and support in my life is too much for me to write on this caption.

but know, we are coming back full swing and with a bang. ❤️

thank you to my biggest loves and inspirations, @vopflash & @ciaracastro_ for that beginning combo I created. this past year, knowing and loving you both, has created a dancer out of me that I never knew could have imagination would come into fruition. I am so blessed to have you both in my life.

@seismicdanceevent in 6 weeks bb. Austin, I’m coming home. 🙌🏽

i’m not fucking scared if i’m next to you.

whenever i’m next to you, doing our little dancing thing, i’m in my zone completely.

thank you for being you, my sweet love. ❤️

‼️ started my big girl job this week so my training has been put on the back burner until i can get my schedule back in order.

send me prayers, and also, if you need a car. send me a message. ‼️

i love y’all.

cannot wait to be back on the dance floor with all my lovely souls that I get to call family.

@arcmusicfestival in 10 weeks!

@seismicdanceevent a month after that! 🥵

i’ll see y’all soon 😈

happy bouncing, my loves.

PSA: TO ALL MY BEGINNER SHUFFLERS ‼️

——— there is MORE to dance to than just the drop.

allow the music to move through you.

don’t worry about how it LOOKS, worry about how YOU FEEL.

and if it feels so good, then darling, keep doing that.

✨sure, you can learn moves. you can learn different combos. you can be taught the foundation of this dance style.
⁣
but all in all, dance is EXPRESSION, and no one can ever teach you how to tell the story of your soul. ✨

that is all.

Happy Bouncing my loves 💃🏽
